Multi-activities within walking distance: hiking, even with a donkey (paths and old stones), cycling (greenway), mountain biking, canoeing, swimming (river, gorges), canyoning, tree climbing, open tracks for adapted vehicles...

Chic Southern French Retreat, Pool, Views, Nature

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

The accommodation is in a hamlet at the confluence of the Jaur, the Orb, and the Gorges d'Heric, with access to swimming 5 minutes' walk away. You can also participate in various activities: hiking, climbing, mountain biking, canoeing... It consists of a large bedroom with a 140 bed and a beautiful living room with an equipped kitchen

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. In the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, this former wine cellar is the ideal place to start your relaxing or sporty nature walks. Access to the nearby "Passa Païs" greenway, the road to the lakes, many mountain bike trails, hiking trails, hiking, swimming in the river or lakes. Or simply relax, close to tourist places such as Olargues, Lamalou-les-Bains, Roquebrun, etc... Also enjoy the local gastronomy and wine region.

Le Cairn Maison Vigneronne - Olargues, Mons, Caroux

Renovated winegrower's house at the foot of Caroux and Espinouse, on the heights of Olargues, 5 minutes from Mons, with parking in front of the door, outdoor space (hammocks, sun loungers, umbrella, barbecue, etc.) and all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). The wood-burning stove offers a cocooning side (wood provided). Bed and bath linens are provided. You can heat the place at your convenience.

"L'arbre & le nuage": a quiet cottage with a view

The "L'Arbre & Le Nuage" cottage is located on the mountainside between L'Espinouse and Le Caroux (at an altitude of 400 m). This typical 62 m² farmhouse, eco-restored in 2017, offers accommodation in the heart of a very quiet hamlet. From the terrace, a superb view of the Avants-Monts invites you to enjoy outdoor activities. A walk in the forest is possible even outside the cottage!
