Very convenient apartment, perfectly located near the Canal du Midi and the village center. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a great stay and are ready to do it again.

Weekly stay in Servian. Comfortable accommodation as described. It is perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay. Very quiet and peaceful place. The supermarket is a stone's throw away and the center of Servain is 1km away. A very charming and typical city center of the region

We had a pleasant stay at this place. It met all our criteria: it is spacious for a large family (7 adults and 3 children), very well furnished, clean, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the center of Béziers. The barbecue on the beautiful flowered terrace is a real plus. Priscille was a welcoming host, very responsive, attentive and available. She really took care of us, the "traveler's favorite" mention is well deserved. We felt right at home.

When you get to Marthomis you will be welcomed by the butterflies, the good smell of lavender and the crowing of the rooster. You can go and pet the horses next door. The calm ,the tranquility of the place and the sound of the stream are perfect for making good naps. The house offers many amenities that are not often found in other vacation rentals. Everything is available which adds a plus. The whole family is delighted with their vacation.

A charming home with tasteful and super well-equipped decor. The garden/terrace area is very nice with the hot tub. It feels like a vacation home. A lovely french townhouse in the peaceful village of Caunes-minnervois. The space is lovely, especially the rooftop terrace and associated living room. Definitely worth what we paid. Host helpful throughout. Limited stuff to do in the surrounding area, but definitely a place for a more relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is beautiful! For years, we have been vacationing through AirBnB, which is the nicest apartment. The whole atmosphere is so nice, the beds are super comfortable, the amenities are top notch. Absolute recommendation without any restriction!

Good place for a business stay near Pierre Fabre in low season. Comfortable accommodation, well heated and with a very good internet connection. I go back when I'm in the area.

The residence is generally friendly and well located, which made our stay enjoyable. However, some maintenance work would not be too much to improve the overall comfort of the accommodation. With a few upgrades, this place could really be perfect.

Good quiet place to explore the area. Cities like Narbonne and Beziers nearby, beautiful hiking locations and varied beaches; from busy tourist beaches to beaches that you almost have to yourself. Apartment well equipped with necessities. A friendly landlord who is proud of his location. The street was a bit messy due to sewer or other similar work, so we had to search for a while at first. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment, but in a public parking lot, a few streets away. Delicious bakery on the square 100 meters walk

Very well appointed and very nice apartment. We really enjoyed the terrace and the small garden with its artificial lawn, very useful as a playground for our little girl. But what we really enjoyed was the proximity to the beach.

The chateaux preserves the original features, with a huge room, well decorated and full kitchen. The garden is pleasant with easy parking on both access streets. Excellent bakery just steps away from the chateaux. I intend to return to enjoy the wonderful Tuesday fair. The region is very beautiful, especially Minerve and Canal du Midi. I loved cycling around the area. Chateaux is beautiful! Thank you for everything!
