This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

We chose Scott’s place because of how child friendly it was. We had 5 kids with us and the house had plenty of toys for the kids to play with. There was lots of space and places for our family to sleep.

Loved the house and all of the amenities! We watched a Thunder game in the theater room, played games in the game room and relaxed in the cigar room…and that was just indoors! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a great trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

The 4 grandkids wanted to stay 3 months! The pool and room to accommodate our kids and their families was the reason we booked for a week! There is so much room, we didn’t feel on top of each other and there were so many things to do with games and if wanting to watch different tv shows on different levels. Close to wonderful parks for kiddos and close to stores. I’m so glad we were able to book this. Zachary was a super great host!!! He is very responsive! If we were to come out this way again as a large group, I would definitely book again!.

Stayed with a group for our company Christmas party nearby. Very convenient location, great property. Host was responsive and welcoming! We will be back for our event next year, thanks for a great stay!

This was a perfect find. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the area has great options for food nearby. But I do have to say the beds are very comfortable to get proper rest, definitely will come back to this one.

2nd time staying with Jason. 5 dads and 5 daughters in for softball and worked out great like it did last yr. Jason went out of the way to make sure the BBQ grill was working and worked out great. girls and dads enjoyed their stay and how quiet and private it was. thanks again will be trying to book again next yr. thanks

Anthony’s Airbnb in Shawnee, KS, was perfect! The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a great stay. Anthony was very accommodating, quick to respond, and made everything seamless. The quiet neighborhood was a bonus. Highly recommend! Five stars!

The stay was awesome! I booked this for my wife on Mother's Day. We have 4 children 6, 5, 4, & 3, so it gets hectic at home. Wife needed some time away and this was perfect. Home was clean, fresh, and well presented.Tanner went above and beyond with a small floral arrangement and muffins for the occasion which made the wife smile. We took a moment to enjoy the comfort for an hour or so before leaving Mama to enjoy her peace, which she happily said would love to book again. Despite it being hot out, she enjoyed the hot tub in the late evening and early morning. Though we don't leave messes, Tanner's instructions were to just enjoy the time and not to worry about anything for checkout, making things simple and uncomplicated. My wife appreciates this, and I'm sure I will book again.

Every room was beautifully decorated. The two living rooms, kitchen and outdoor spaces were gathering places for reconnecting in small groups. Memorable!!

Jon & Nora’s beautiful home was the perfect place for our family to gather for a long weekend! We liked being in Olathe in the privacy of a home but still close to all that KC and the surrounding areas have to offer! The house itself is incredible! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and they have thought of everything! Our kids had so much fun playing in the game room and watching movies in the theater or playing the arcade games! There’s also a playroom with a baby gate which was so helpful for our very active 15 month old! We ate dinner on the back porch and loved the big open kitchen to prepare meals. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious and there was plenty of room for our large family. Our kids are already saying they can’t wait to return to the “blue house” and we are so thankful to Jon & Nora for being such wonderful hosts!

We only had 3 people at the home and could have easily fit a large group. Would rent again as the home was very clean, is in a nice neighborhood and had the amenities we needed. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Overland Park! There is so many amazing restaurants near by that are some of my past local favorites. We had such easy access to all parts of the city we were wanting to explore. There are a plethora of huge parks near by! A few we hit up were strang park (not even 5 minutes away and newly redone), Meadowbrook park (this was my kids favorite with the huge ninja course, Mohawk park, Roe park, and tomahawk park are all within 10-15 minutes and also all new and redone! The easy access to 1-35 allowed us to travel quickly to visit science city and all the museums that KC has to offer. We simply ran out of time but had everything we needed for our stay in KC. House is fully equipped with a stocked kitchen and toiletries. We would return again. Just was very kind and quick to respond. Oh and the backyard is huge and offers tons of private space away from your neighbors which we loved! Thanks again for having us.

The house was pretty inside and out. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable furniture and bed. Melissa was very responsive to questions. She was polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

This is an elevated stay that is true to the description and pictures. It was cozy, spotless, and beautifully renovated. Everything felt clean, calming, and well-maintained. The neighborhood is suburban, charming, and safe. Nice restaurants and shops nearby. The privacy fenced backyard was a pleasant surprise and great for families. Parking in the garage made bringing in luggage easier! Communication with the host was smooth and low-key, just how I like it. Only downside: the water pressure was not strong… worth noting for anyone who values a relaxing shower. It probably just needs a small adjustment.

A weekday trip to Kc was on agenda. Looking for a place last minute and it wasnt looking good, until i searched Airbnb. This place was great. Despite being the Only available option, it didnt fall short of being the right place.

Cool mid-century modern house in quiet neighborhood with a couple of walkable restaurants and bars, which was great for us. Near the route of the old Santa Fe Trail and old-town Overland Park. House is quite spacious with the upstairs master bedroom and a basement with privacy and two good-sized bedrooms. Would stay there again for sure.

The place was clean, had lots of kitchen utensils and looked just like the pictures. The theater room and pool room were awesome too! There’s a nice little park within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There’s a super target not too far from it and a nice shopping area close by. We stayed with our three younger kids and it worked out good for us. Overall, I was pleased with the location, the amenities and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Jake’s place. He was very responsive and helpful and was flexible with our check-in time. The place is wonderful, clean and homey. We enjoyed spending time outside around the firepit. Will definitely stay again if we come back and it’s available!

Great place to stay, it felt like a staged town house. Ayalnesh can be approached any time. Communication and accommodation is not a problem.
