We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped. The host was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel welcome. Parking was easy and free, we always found a spot on the street right in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and it takes only about 5 minutes by car to reach the city center. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The accommodation met our expectations. The flat looks the same as in the pictures and we felt like home. We appreciated quiet flat location, parking spot, big terrace where we had breakfasts and dinners, well equiped kitchen including basic ingredients as salt, pepper, olive oil, etc., well working air condition and little refreshments as watter, coffee, biscuits, etc. provided by host. Communication with Mirco was easy, fast and frendy. All those things make this accommodation exceptional. Thank you.

We loved staying here! The apartment is beautiful, and we spent half our trip sitting on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous view of the water and dock. The hosts were super helpful and beyond friendly when we had to slightly change our travel plans as well! There are many beautiful restaurants just a minute or less away, and a supermarket across the street too. We plan to come again, it was magical!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment located in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the setting: a breathtaking view of the sea, a quiet and preserved environment, and direct access to a magnificent beach. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to offer maximum comfort: quality bedding, functional kitchen, air conditioning, and a small terrace where we loved to eat our meals. Our hostess' welcome was up to the place: warm, attentive, with valuable tips for discovering the region, and good restaurants. A real little corner of paradise, which we recommend without hesitation.

Thank you for a great stay. We especially liked the beautiful terrace. It was great to be able to eat and linger outside. The apartment is freshly renovated and extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen with many kitchen utensils. A small highlight were the two friendly cats - so sweet! The location is very good to explore the north of the island, we will gladly come back.

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

My wife and I spent a wonderful few days in Sardinia, and Andrea’s apartment was the perfect base for exploring the northeastern part of the island and its beautiful beaches. Andrea was an exceptionally kind and helpful host—always easy to reach and full of great tips. The apartment itself was lovely and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the apartment is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We last booked this place due to a change of schedule. Antonio was immediately available to answer our questions quickly. Before arrival, he sent us detailed check-in information, anticipating check-in and postponing check-out without any problem! The house was clean and exactly as described, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. A little dark living area but you can use the outdoor porch to eat while still being sheltered and in privacy. The pool for common use is very nice, clean. The area is quiet, it has a small market nearby (about 10 min walk), ice cream shop and pizzeria/rotisserie. By car in a few minutes you can reach beautiful beaches!!

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!

I recommend the accommodation, I would definitely come back!!! It had everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation!! Very well located, in a quiet area, there is a supermarket, restaurant and shops to buy food. The location is great, close to a beautiful sandy beach and equidistant to visit the beautiful beaches of Sardinia The host was super friendly and gave all the directions for an easy check-in and they allowed us to check in earlier 🧡 Thank you, we had a great time
