Angela is a proactive host, who gives clear directions, she was flexible with our arrival. Angela is very welcoming and friendly, she even offered a small gift for the children. The apartment is very clean, everything you need is there, including all kitchen accessories (corkscrew, bottle opener, ladle, wooden spoons, pots, pans, teapot, coffee machine, dishwashing liquid, etc.), bathroom, bed linen and sufficient storage for the belongings of 4 people. It's a little warm upstairs but a fan is available. The outside is very nice, equipped with tables and chairs, a swing, a hammock. There's even a barbecue, charcoal and an outdoor kitchen. The pool is very close to the house, it is clean and generally not very busy in the morning, in the afternoon there are a few more people but it is quite spacious and we never lacked space. I recommend it without hesitating!

The apartment matches the photos and description. It is very clean and not far from the center of the village on foot. The view from the balcony is beautiful, sunset or sunrise guaranteed;-) depending on when you are there. We had a wonderful stay. Emanuela is great, very good tips, small places, and super nice. If I can, I would recommend this place. Badesi is a typical village with some local shops and is located halfway to the north west and north east. Happy hosting in Emanuela and happy holidays to the next;-)

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful house!!! It is place to feel comfortable!! The location just a few meters from an idyllic bay!! Pure nature... we didn't miss anything!!! Kitchen is super equipped!!! The terrace invites you to relax !!! A heartfelt thank you to Maddalena for having such a lovely time in Conca Verde!!!! The contact was great !! Maddalena contacted us before arrival... everything was well explained and even during the stay she was always available for us!!! We would love to come back!!!!

Carlo was the perfect host, friendly, responsive and proactive when required The house is perfect sized for 2, and could sleep 4 with a sofa bed in the living area(although possibly a bit snug for a longer stay for more than 2 adults) It is well appointed with everything you need, and nicely decorated. The outside area is well shaded, and although there is no Aircon the house did not get too hot despite 30 degrees outside. San Teodoro is a lovely town, with plenty of bars, restaurants and beaches The town is 10 minutes easy stroll, the beaches a little further(we were glad we had a car, but lots of people walked to the beach every day) We had a lovely time here, and Carlo and his house contributed hugely to that Thank you for a great stay

2nd time staying in Elena’s home and just as great as the first time! Well looked after home and super easy to navigate. Great location - close to all the wonderful Gelato shops! Will be back for sure!

A beautiful and modernly furnished apartment in a residential complex. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. And very clean. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was also hassle-free thanks to Antonella's good description in advance. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The large beach is in 2 walking distance. Various shopping facilities are also just 10 minutes away by car.

Simone's place is in one of the best locations in La Maddalena, 50m from the port, restaurants, and shops, yet it is private and relatively quiet. The air conditioning was a great addition! We were pleasantly surprised by the size and airiness of the apartment, which looked even better than in the photos on the Airbnb site. Great value for money too!

Excellent stay. Very warm welcome from Alisson. The accommodation is nice, pleasant and functional, the outside is well laid out and shaded. The only small downside if we have to find one: only the main room is air-conditioned. The residence is peaceful, offers a beautiful view of the mountains and a beautiful pool. We had a fun time!

I spent 1 week with 2 families and the grand-parents and it was perfect. The place is clean, and standing, and the view is astonishing! Catherine was a great host and really communicative! Really encourage this place!

My friend and I had an absolutely amazing stay in Olbia thanks to Floriana and Kristiana - they were super responsive, gave us amazing reccomendations and the flat was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would come again and reccomend to my friends!

Relaxing stay with everything you need! Good basic amenities and nice that the resort still has a small shop!

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Great experience, modern apartment,nice and well cared for,in a great location. Then there is the pool, what to say......not from everyone,always clean and practically inside the house. You can easily reach the center on foot in a few minutes on foot. Mr. Ornella is always available as well as Mr. Vito . Recommended and repeatable experience.

The house looks even better in person than in the photos! It has a lovely backyard where you can hang towels to dry, and from the terrace, you get a partial view of the sea and the mountains—a really nice touch. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable. There are 2–3 beaches within walking distance, but it's even more convenient by car—only about a 5-minute drive. A special thanks to Anna Lisa for her warm hospitality, helpful tips, and kindness. She really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Friendly, generous and very flexible host, we were allowed to do a very late checkout. A lot of equipment, we were allowed to use everything. Perfect for 6 people, we felt very comfortable.

Great place to stay, very close to town about a 15 minute walk. Close to great beaches.

The house is located in a quiet and strategic area, perfect for easily reaching the beautiful beaches of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well distributed, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. However, there are some aspects that deserve more attention: some light bulbs were burnt out, the lawn hadn't been cut for a while, and the entrance was a bit neglected, with tall grass and the outside porch full of leaves. The front door also opened with difficulty, and on the lower floor there was no hot water to either the sink or the bidet. With a little more maintenance, these issues could be easily resolved, making the experience truly impeccable. Despite everything, we had a great time and the natural setting was well worth it. With a little more care, the property has really excellent potential. I'd love to go back!

We were very satisfied with the location and privacy of the accommodation. The humidity caused dampness in the house, but we ventilated everything and it was good. We have a big complaint about the beds, they are not comfortable at all. The beach is a short distance from the house and beautiful .. it is good to take shoes with you into the water. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need. Thank you Claudia for everything and if you change the beds we will be regular clients.

Great place in an amazing location!

We had a great time at Tania's house. It was exactly like in the pictures, children's ad. The communication was super easy and the check in was very straightforward. I can recommend the place.

Communication with Maria was flawless. His employee Domenico was very helpful on site. The place was great. The description says there is only one outdoor shower available, but there is also a normal shower in the bathroom, which surprised us positively!
