In the second room, two sofas that can easily be converted into beds, a wooden table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and dishwasher. The bathroom with shower, washing machine and plenty of storage space. S-Bahn (5-7 min walk or bus stop right outside the door) takes you to the main station in 20 min.

Hinweis zum Oktoberfest: Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit ruhigen Nachbarn. Deshalb beherbergen wir keine Partygruppen. Leider nehmen wir aus diesem Grund während des Oktoberfestes nur kleine Familien bzw Pärchen auf. Unsere charmante und gemütliche Wohnung bietet eine moderne Einrichtung mit stilvollen Details - sie ist der perfekte Ort, um München und seine Umgebung zu erkunden. Von Maisach ist man mit der Bahn in 25 Minuten im Zentrum von München.

The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
