The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Son balcon offre une vue sur les toits et est une invitation à des moments de détente au soleil en journée ou au frais en soirée. Je ne parle pas anglais.

Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

Situé au dernier étage sans ascenseur, l’appartement offre une très jolie vue sur les toits et le clocher de l'église sur la Vieille Ville. il suffit de 5 mn pour aller à la plage Bien qu'au cœur du pittoresque et vibrant Vieux Nice, l'appartement situé dans une rue vivante Autres remarques L'appartement est situé au 5ème et dernier étage et la dernière partie de l'escalier est un peu étroite. Attention l'escalier peut faire peur, mais l'appartement mérite un petit effort
