Kid-friendly holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette superbe villa ! Le cadre est idyllique, avec une vue imprenable. La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visite, balade ou même après la plage. L’emplacement est également top : au calme, tout en étant proche du centre-ville 20 min voiture centre Nice et plage 20 min voiture (Attention 5 min de petit chemin pour l’accès à la villa). Nicolas est très réactif ,de bon conseils et disponibles . Une adresse que nous recommandons sans problème.

Logement très bien situé, proche du centre et de la promenade des anglais. Literie confortable, nous avons passé un très bon séjour 🌼

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

We had such a lovely stay here! The room was beautifully decorated and super cozy—it really felt like home. The location is perfect, just next to the old town, so it was easy to get around and explore. We loved having breakfast at the restaurant right across the street, and there’s a big park just in front, which was great for a morning walk. It only takes about 8 minutes to get to the gorgeous Nice coastline too! Absolutely a five-star experience. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay in Nice for a couple. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable and functional, with everything you need for your stay. The location was great, right in the middle of the old town, with a lot of shops, restaurants and beach in walking distance. Murielle was amazing during our stay, always available and with great tips on the city! Will definitely return when i come back to Nice.

Séjour absolument parfait. Dès l’entrée, on sent que cet appartement a été conçu avec soin et amour du détail. C’est élégant, confortable, très lumineux, et incroyablement calme malgré la proximité de tout. On a particulièrement apprécié la terrasse, très agréable à vivre, et le spa qui offre un vrai moment de détente. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la plage et de très bonnes adresses locales. C’est rare de se sentir aussi bien, aussi vite. L’accueil de Laurène a été irréprochable, à la fois discret et attentionné. Une très belle découverte que l’on recommanderait les yeux fermés.

An excellent place to call home during our visit to Nice. The apartment was 5 star on cleanliness, amenities, decor, location. Top appliances, well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs, air conditioning! It was really a joy to stay in a place that is everything we could have wanted; plus, restaurants and shops nearby. The walk to the beach was only a few blocks. (There is a flight of stairs from ground to first level, but it seems this is a customary in the old Nice neighborhood.) Our host, Nico was very friendly, responsive and helpful with all of our inquiries. We highly recommend Nico and his apartment to any visitor to Nice. Thank you, Nico!

Edi’s place is at the edge of Old Nice next door to the castle. The view from the balcony offers an amazing sunset in this charming apartment. When we come next time we will try to stay here again

Très joli petit studio bien équipé, idéalement situé dans le centre de Nice ET au calme. Tout est propre, joli et confortable, bon matelas dans le canapé lit, seul bémol les oreillers hors d’usage, après 3 nuits mes cervicales leur en veulent ☺️ La communication avec Andrea et Alex était très fluide, réactive et précise. Je recommande ce studio sans hésitation

Florin's place is in a lovely location- close to Nice ville station, close to tram station that goes to the Airport and walkable (15mins) to Place Massena. It's on the 3rd floor so lot's of light and air. It was very clean with all the utilities. Communication with Florin was easy and he was very proactive in response.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Appartement très agréable, bien situé, propre et bien aménagé. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin comme équipement. Nous nous y sentions chez nous du fait aussi de la décoration personnelle comme si c'était un lieu véritablement habité par ses occupants et non pas un logement commercial. Un balcon avec une belle vue sur les toits du vieux Nice, ses clochers et la mer le rend plus agréable encore.

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and gave us a chance to sit outside, even with the facade construction. They have an umbrella and mats for the beach that you can take which seemed really nice and convenient if staying more than one night. A few downsides are they charged an extra $35 per person- I think for a one night stay this is pretty steep for “electricity, water, and amenities”. Also, the hot water ran out midway through a second shower. Finally, I know it’s Airbnb and not someone’s full time job but a 4 hour window to check in and having to coordinate a specific time to meet the host was inconvenient. We ended up paying about $20 to store our bags at the train and had to make sure we got back at a specific time after a day out to meet to check in. Im sure it would have been more fine if we stayed multiple days but for one day, it was a lot to set up. The space itself is beautiful, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at your home. Thank you. The beautify decorated place with comfortable beds and furniture made us feel right at home. Thank you for sharing your beach towels with us, it made our beach trips much more enjoyable. The location was centrally located to everything, both the beach and train station were less than a 10 minute walk. We would definitely love to stay at your house again. Thanks again Thomas

An absolute gem of a stay! The host's excellent communication skills made everything seamless, ensuring a stress-free experience from start to finish.
