This ground floor 3 bedroom unit can accommodate up to 7-8 person, offer a private access to the unit. There will be 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full size bed and a pull out couch, full bath and a full kitchen (eat in kitchen). The place is about 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the train station, 8-10 minute to playland palace. A minute to a bus stop and one block to a convenient store.

Enjoy this bright beach-themed home any time of the year. This unit includes three bedrooms, a dining room, living room, bathroom and full kitchen. There is plenty of private parking at the quiet end of a dead end street, along with a private yard and patio area to be enjoyed on those nice summer days! With a convenient trolley stop just a minute away, leave the car and your worries behind and set out for the beach!

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage 4 is a 2 bedroom classic cottage with soothing beach colors and well appointed with comfortable furnishings. It is our only cottage with a claw foot bath tub. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. The cottage also has a private deck with a gas grill. A short walk, and you are at the 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and pier. Yes we allow pets.

Directly across from Dunegrass Golf Course clubhouse, restaurant, and bar. Just built with gorgeous finishes. Open layout for kitchen, living, dining, mini bar. Just 7 minute drive to OOB pier and the beaches. 2 car garage. and driveway that fits 4 cars. Get away from the crazy and loud beach homes and relax in the golf course community. Patio with seating for 8 with gas grill.
