Holiday rentals with a patio in Old Town, Bologna

We spent Easter weekend at Villa Pallegoria and were thrilled. The house is on a hill in Monte San Pietro, surrounded by nature with spectacular views. The last stretch of road is dirt, but easy to walk and is well worth the peace of mind. The villa is small but well organized: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all renovated and tastefully furnished. The real highlight is the covered patio with curtains that shelter from the sun and wind, perfect for breakfast or lunch outdoors. The garden is large and quiet, not completely fenced, we were with the dog and there were no problems. The area is ideal for nature walks. Monte San Pietro is close if you want to visit the village. Daniela, the host, is super kind and helpful, responding immediately to every request and bringing us what was missing for the barbecue. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature!

Quiet and well-located apartment, a few steps from all the main attractions. Check-in was easy and the host was really friendly and helpful, with lots of useful tips on restaurants and things to do in the area. Clean and well-kept place to stay.

The apartment is practical and very clean. It is located in a quiet area very close to the various bars and restaurants. The host is reliable, kind and very thoughtful. If I had to go back to Zola, I would take him back without any problems. Recommended!

Alessandra was the perfect host, very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for restaurants and walkable into the centre, not far at all. It had everything you needed. It was a short walk from the train station, even with a suitcase. Would definitely stay again.

We can absolutely recommend this place! We had a wonderful stay in Federica's beautiful appartment. Federica & Davide are very friendly & nice hosts. The appartment was super clean and stylish. We have 3 little children and felt very comfortable there. Thank you very much Federica, Davide & Lea!

We felt totally comfortable with Carlotta and Fabio from the beginning. The two were super warm and always easy to reach if we had questions, which made the stay really relaxing. The location of the place was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, which was super convenient. Overall, it was really a wonderful stay, for which we are very grateful. Paola was very friendly and helpful. Apartment is very nice, the sockets are also EU friendly, relatively quiet. You can constantly hear the birds chirping from the park next door, which makes the atmosphere very relaxing. Also not far from the center.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Pictures reflect the cottage. Clean, great A/C, great location, quiet, perfect for 4 people. Garden was nice and peaceful. All was as described...even better! Would return!

"a heavenly place" is located in a very quiet village, surrounded by greenery. The location allows you to reach Rovigo, Ferrara and the surrounding area in twenty minutes. the apartment is nice, well maintained and very clean. The plus is that animals are welcome, which for us is a deciding factor in choosing a house We also had a great time with Franca and her furry friends EsperyTop

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

My friends (group of 6) and I had a good time. The house is nice, tidy, and close to several walking trails, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The person who welcomed us was also very nice and approachable. The only inconveniences of the house are the bathrooms, which are small, and the underground room that is located from the main house; for small groups and for short stays it is perfect

Lidia and her husband were perfect hosts! It felt right at home, we were warmly welcomed and they even gave us several rides, since we didn't have a car. Really kind and caring!

We had a wonderful stay in this B&B surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility. Since our arrival, we have been greeted with great warmth and helpfulness: the hospitality has been truly impeccable. The structure is well cared for, clean and perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature, ideal for those seeking relaxation away from the chaos. The silence that surrounds the place makes the rest even more pleasant. Excellent cleanliness! Highly recommended for those who want to unwind and enjoy a corner of authentic peace!

Valentina was very kind, for my son she provided us with a high chair and camping cot... as well as a box with useful accessories (soaps, plastic cups and plates, bottle warmer and 2 books). The apartment matches the description. The sofas outside create an additional private outdoor space. The garden is enchanting... I must say that we had a really good time. Thank you!!!!

Lidia is a very warm and helpful host. Her apartment is located just outside the city centre, but is easily accessible by bus. The accommodation is wonderful, very clean and well maintained. There is even a tiny secret garden. We felt very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bologna. In short, we arrived with a smile and left with a smile. And we would like to thank Lidia.

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

Our stay here was perfect for our weeklong Italy vacation. The home is spacious, comfortable and gave us room to chill in between our Bologna adventures within walking distance or a short ride share. The private deck surrounded by huge ferns in the back is gorgeous & fun for morning coffee time. We were grateful for the AC on days in the high 80’s too! Highly recommend the Urban Jungle!

Absolute 5 star communication & check in with Gianmaria ⭐️ I have never been so personally met & greeted on arrival as we were here! Extensive amount of detail provided as well as recommendations for restaurants etc! Ideally situated if coming by train, a 5 minute walk with excellent directions, even how to exit the station. Great little outdoor area to relax in, excellent black out blinds when travel weary & needing a sleep in! Everything that was needed was provided! Thoroughly recommend staying here

Very nice apartment, comfortable beds, very clean, beautiful outdoor gazebo, very quiet area, no disturbance, very comfortable bathroom with a huge shower. We had a great time, highly recommended. Close to Bologna.
