Monthly Rentals in Old Town, Chicago

We had such a great time in the heart of the old town in Chicago . Super cute beautiful house with all the comforts we needed, my son and I, for our 4 day stay. Comfy beds, all the amenities, great support staff and host. Top location with parking. Be there for the yearly art fair ! And any other time! Will come again!

Matthew is a great host , always present and willing to help, his place is cozy and very well maintained, great location and conveniently located near old town and downtown, close to the water and major shopping areas. Amazing short stay!

We had a great stay in Chicago, a lot in part due to the location of this AirBnB. It's only a couple blocks from the Sedgwick metro station, so we were easily able to get there from O'Hare, then getting to the Loop or up to Wrigleyville was very easy. We had one driver in our group and he had no issues with the parking either. The apartment/home itself was as-advertised. While the bedrooms themselves are a little small, the common areas of the apartment are very spacious. The neighborhood itself was nice and peaceful too. This is more of a personal preference, but if you're like me and enjoy high water pressure, just be aware the shower pressure is not very strong. That didn't take away from our experience at all though, would certainly stay again.

Excellent location close to Lincoln Park and good/lively restaurants. Close to fancy neighborhoods, and walkable to downtown. I would stay here again. One thing I have to mention, since in my opinion it requires action before the next renters, is that there is an intermitent leak in the ceiling above the bathtub. I let the management team know about it and sent a picture. If there is a crack in the ceiling above the bathtub when you arrive, I'd guess the problem was not fixed. It dripped water twice for several minutes over my six-day stay.
