Several cultural facilities (cinema, Schaubühne Lindenfels, Baumwollspinnerei, Felsenkeller) and restaurants are located in the surrounding area. The Karl-Heine Canal, which is almost at the house, invites you to relax.

The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop.
