Apartment holiday rentals in Old-West

The accommodation was great for us: very centrally located. Quiet in the morning. Cheap. There were all the practical things you need. Of course, the quality of the equipment is not the highest level, but it is sufficient and cheap. We were only there for sleeping and breakfast.

We love staying at Franziska and Sebastian’s place when we visit Leipzig. It truly feels like a home away from home, which I attribute to how great, responsive and helpful both Franziska and her husband Sebastian are with us before we even get there because they are proactive in reaching out to us a day before inquiring as to our arrival time. They then give us helpful tips for which local bus to take to get there (sometimes the bus system changed routes so this is a huge plus, and we sometimes also forget). I also love how close by the supermarket is so it feels so convenient to go shopping and be able to cook our own meals. A pleasant experience all the way around.

We had an enjoyable stay at René’s place! Feels very much at home with a lot of personality in the interior design. Good-quality kitchenware is a pleasant surprise, and not something you would usually expect in a short-term apartment. Very good location with tram and bus connections. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in Leipzig. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the city center, close to restaurants, shops... the setting is green. Moreover, it is decorated and furnished with great taste. They are responsive and easily reachable.

I had a pleasant stay overall and was very happy about the friendly and uncomplicated communication with Jakop. The apartment is well located and offers everything you need for a short stay.

I felt very comfortable and at home in the apartment, lovingly and practically furnished, hospitable and helpful information for use, great connection to the ÖVP, but also parking spaces on the street available. Gladly again!

Nicky's small, sweet apartment is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. It was very clean and all items are in very good and well-maintained condition. We also liked the location, the connection is good. Nicky communicates quickly, friendly and helpful. So, a recommendation in every respect!

The way this platform was once intended: Cozy, likeable accommodation with a nice hostess and fair price. No hotel room disguised as an airbnb, but accommodation in a small office apartment. There is everything you need: top bathrooms, small kitchenette with pot, salt, sponge, etc. Perfect for working remotely. Messe Leipzig is easily accessible by public transport. A sauna a few minutes away. The accommodation looked exactly like the photos. Too bad I could only stay briefly! Thank you so much!

We loved the place from the first minute. Super quiet location, beautifully equipped, spacious - highlight especially the terrace in the courtyard. We will be super happy to come back! 😊

My stay at Marco's was perfect! Everything is very close on foot, whether it's the central station, the city center, the RedBull Arena, I never needed to take transportation! The building is old but quiet, the street as well. The apartment itself is really nice and pleasant! The mezzanine bed is a little narrow, but it's something that doesn't bother me, but it's good to know! Really ideal for a solo traveler or a young couple! Marco and his sidekick Raul were very nice and gave me very clear instructions, thank you again ❤️

This was a beautiful place to stay, close to all of the action but private and away from the crowds. We loved it! The apartment is even prettier and more dramatic than the photographs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay in Ben's apartment couldn't have been better! We didn't miss anything and we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is simply great, the location perfect. We would come back. Modern and stylish apartment. Nice and clean, equipped will all the necessities. Good location, close to a grocery store, public transport and restaurants. Responsive host, smooth communication and clear instructions I recommend this place.

The positive surprises started right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house without extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely courteous and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely furnished, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are drawn to the area again, we will be happy to come back to Pierre! Simply recommended!

It was really beautiful all around! The only thing that was not so clear to us in advance was the fact that there are two tiny houses and you also have to expect another couple and therefore have to coordinate when you use the sauna and hot tub. Otherwise it was really beautifully relaxing for the 2 days ☺️❤️

Our stay at the Seglerbogenbande was great! Communication with the hosts was always friendly and smooth. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. The hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights and ensured perfect relaxation. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, better than in many other accommodations, which made cooking on site really pleasant. We would particularly like to emphasize how warmly and dog-friendly we were received – everything was really thought of. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and simply beautiful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back!
