The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

We offer you a fully equipped apartment with balcony directly on the Karl-Heine Canal. You can also vacation here as a small family, thanks to the pull-out couch. Our neighborhood, around Karl-Heine-Straße, offers lots of great cafes, bars, flea markets and shopping opportunities - it won't be boring! There is also usually enough parking space right outside the door.

Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.
