The 80 square meter apartment is located in the lively Leipzig southern suburb with numerous bars, restaurants, cultural offerings as well as local recreation areas such as the alluvial forest, which, for example, invites you to a canoe trip to Lake Cospuden. The bus stop in front of the door provides the best connection to Plagwitz, Connewitz, Reudnitz and the city center. The apartment is on the fifth floor with great views of the city and plenty of daylight. The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.

Es gibt Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants im Umkreis von fußläufig 10 Min. Mit Bus ( Nr.74 hält auch in Plagwitz + Südvorstadt) oder Bahn ( Nr. 7 ab Wielandstr. 4 Min zu Fuß) seid ihr in 15-20 min in der City.
