Lovely two rooms apartment with a lot of light, sun set view and greenery out the window. Neatly decorated with vibrant and colorful vintage furniture making it a cozy and a stylish place to stay. Situated in a calm street right at the corner of Karl-Heine-Straße where bars, restaurants and cafes are plenty to choose from. Walking distance from art galleries, cinemas and theatres (see my guid book). Near to everything, public transport are available at a 3 minutes walk.

The apartment has a view over all the rooftops of Leipzig and you can actually see all the landmarks of the city from above! The roof terrace invites you to sunbathe and drink iced coffee on the outdoor bed and the sunset is perfectly placed from there. The apartment is also located exactly between two beautiful parks.

The Clarapark is within walking distance, the city center and Lake Kulkwitz are easily accessible by train. The apartment can also be used by three people.
