Live directly on the Karl-Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. This is where the art scene "lives" (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property begins the so-called Neuseenland. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet in the middle of it.

Hello, I'm renting a beautifully renovated 2 room apartment. A real wood floor was laid and the Shabby Chic style furniture comes partly from France and has also been restored. The apartment is located in the trendy district of Plagwitz directly opposite the Westwerk. Several cultural institutions (cinema, Schaubühne Lindenfels, cotton spinning mill, rock cellar) and restaurants are located in the surrounding area. The Karl Heine Canal, which is almost at the house, invites you to relax.

Very charming and well-kept studio in perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment have been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with a separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.

We were two over Pentecost in Leipzig in Bernd's beautiful apartment. Bernd is a very likeable and attentive host who surprised us with a few gifts and welcomed us upon arrival! The apartment is very clean, cozy, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for the time on site. The quiet courtyard with its own parking space, the rustic and cozy garden, the very good connection to the tram and the frequent shopping opportunities rounded off our stay perfectly! We enjoyed the time on site and felt very comfortable! We will be happy to come back. 😃
