Die FeWo im OG mit Balkon ist komplett ausgestattet, eine Garage mit e-Ladestationen für Fahrräder, PKW-Stellplatz sowie ein Kellerraum stehen zur Verfügung. Eine abwechslungsreiche Umgebung mit Bächen, Seen laden zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Naturverbundenheit und Nachhaltigkeit sind uns ein besonderes Anliegen. Do you like peace and nature? Enjoy your stay in our cozy apartment with balcony. We live in a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area between Lüdinghausen (3 km) & Seppenrade. Close to the canal, in the middle of the Münsterland cycle path network, surrounded by fields, forest and meadows. Ideal starting point for excursions e.g. 100 Castles Route, Dülmen Wild Horses, Nordkirchen Castle, Haltern reservoir and nearby Münster. Shopping, bakery, restaurant are about 1 km away

Bright approx. 75 sqm attic apartment with two separate sleeping areas with double bed 140/200 or 180/200. The bathroom is equipped with a tub, separate shower, wall-mounted toilet, vanity and LED mirror. The dining area is designed for four people and is located directly next to the open kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven and coffee maker. On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.

Maybe after a relaxing bath in our luxury bathroom? :) The spacious rooms are perfect for families, couples and also furry friends. Within walking distance there is everything you need, in Haltern's beautiful old town with all the cafes, bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

The Ruhrglück apartment is located in Waltrop on the eastern edge of the Ruhr area. Due to its direct proximity to Dortmund, the small town forms the link between the Ruhr area and Münsterland. It impresses with its sights and cultural events such as the ship lift, Manufactum and the annual Waltroper Parkfest. The Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund and the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or public transport.

Nice apartment in Olfen, in the southern Münsterland. The apartment is on the ground floor of our two-family house, near (200 m) the nature reserve "Steveraue Olfen". In the restored area, wild asses, conic horses and hind cattle can be observed from observation platforms. Furthermore, there is a good connection to the cycle path network NRW, the cycle path DEK Route and the 100 Schlösser Route.

Das 2 Parteienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Lüdinghausen. Die City ist bequem durch die Stever-Aue zu Fuß erreichbar. Genießen Sie eine "gute Nacht" in den tollen Boxspringbetten und fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause.
