Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Olhos de Água

We spent a lovely stay at this villa. Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable - located in a very nice pine tree private condominium with other villas near by. It can accommodate 10/12 people with plenty of space. Kitchen has been renovated this past winter, and most of the kitchen appliances are new. It has AC in all areas which is perfect for summer and winter months. The garden is very nice and the swimming pool with plenty of sun! Hosts are amazing and did everything they could to meet our needs. They also supported us with suggestions and requests prior our stay! We cannot ask for more, and we will come back definitely next year.

Alain is one of the best host we have had, responsive, always available and following up with us. Apartment was super clean, amazing location but once inside we couldn't hear any noises from surrounding activities. The rooftop has an amazing view, we enjoy some wine from there.

Just back from a lovely few days staying at Ana Maria and Jorge's cottage, who are such kind and friendly hosts. Well equipped, very comfortable and clean and just what we needed for a peaceful few days resting and exploring the Algarve. Going out and about in a hire car, we especially enjoyed visited historic Silves, swimming in the sea at Portimão and the Sunday church service at São Bartolomeu de Messines Church. Highly recommended!

We had the most amazing stay at Carmen’s place! She was a wonderfully helpful and friendly host - nothing was too much trouble. We were a mixed age group of 15 for a hen do and it was the perfect place to relax all together. The pool was amazing, the house was spotless and well equipped. Carmen was so helpful with local recommendations, and helped us pick our local restaurant and entertainment for at the villa too. Very well connected by using Ubers for getting things from the supermarket. We loved our trip, and we are so grateful for such a wonderful host. I would book again if I was ever back in the area.

La maison pour débrayer, dans la simplicite, ressourçante. Elle est très bien équipée en vaisselle, linge de maison, on a l’împression d’arriver chez des amis qui ont tout laissé à disposition. Le grand plus est cette belle plage à 2 pas . C’est juste passé trop vite

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! The beaches are only a 15-20 minute walk away or a 10 minute bike ride! Definitely recommend that. The house is great and the garden is beautiful! The plunge pool was perfect for the hot days! I would 100% recommend this place :)

Sandras place was amazing, its right on the beach and a 30 second walk to the restaurants. It was amazing waking up each morning to the sound of the sea, the place has 3 terraces that you can lounge on and the view from the hot tub on the roof is one not to miss. The kitchen is well layed out with all you need if you want to cook. Sandra was very helpful via text if we ever needed her and she gave us recommendations of where to eat etc. We will be returning to stay again for sure.

We stayed at Isabel’s villa for 9 nights, we were 4 adults and 4 kids. The villa is fantastic - much better than the pictures, well equipped with everything you need and very spacious (big rooms, lots of outdoor space, bbq and a big pool). We paid to have the pool heated which was beneficial as some days it was a bit chilly. The villa is fairly remote, we had cars but also used Ubers to get around. It’s about a 3-4 min drive to the nearest supermarket and a 5 min drive to the main town and beach. Isabel recommended some day trips and local restaurants, all of which were great. She was also flexible with check in and check out times which was super handy with the kids, and was very responsive throughout the trip when we had questions. We’d 100% recommend this villa for a family holiday and hope to return!

It was fantastic to be in Eva's apartment.The apartment has everything you need, it is very clean, it is very close to beautiful restaurants and yet very private, very close to the beach 3-5 min. Have excellent parking place, Eva is very kind and helpful, we had excellent communication. I heartily recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in Leonel and Aude’s apartment. The apartment itself has everything you could want, was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Communication throughout was superb, super clear instructions, easy to check in and very responsive to any queries or requests. Another fantastic week in Olhos and would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Nous sommes allées mère-fille et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentie en securité, bien accueillie par Miguel, les services étaient à proximité faciles à trouver. Il y avait du stationnement facilement accessible parfois à des endroits différents mais toujours gratuits et très proche de la maison. Nous avons utilisés tous les appareils et tout fonctionnent bien! les lits sont confortables et tout est propre. Il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner sans problème. Miguel répond très rapidement et est un hôte fort sympathique. L'air climatisé est très utile pour prendre une pause de la chaleur extérieur et aussi en fin de soirée pour laisser l'hôtel en face terminer les soirées musicales sans nous incommoder. Personnellement, cela ne nous a pas incommodé. La ville permet un accès rapide en voiture à tous les sites de l'Algarve. Nous avons été de Lagos à Tavira sans enjeu. Nous recommandons la maison de Olhos de Água !!!

Spotless, extremely well stocked apartment in a peaceful but convenient location. Supermarket, restaurants, bars and beach all within minutes walk from the apartment. Galina very responsive to communication. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The absolutely stunning sea view is breathtaking, and the long sandy beach just across the street made it easy to enjoy the seaside every day. The location is fantastic—full of great restaurants and even places to rent bikes, so you can easily explore the beautiful coastline on two wheels. The apartment itself is clean, fresh, and modern, with all the kitchen appliances you need to cook comfortably. The bed is really comfy, and I loved that there were some books and even table games available for relaxing evenings in. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside getaway!

My family & I have just returned from a week at this great appartment. Ricardo was extemely helpful & responsive to our needs & even met us on arrival, despite it being midnight. We were also greeted with a welcome pack of essentials, which was a lovely touch, & grateful due to not being able to get to the shops until the following morning. The appartment itself, is spacious, very clean, & has everything you need for your stay. The pool area & tennis court are well maintained & we had no problem using either, daily. The location is quiet, & has plenty of local restaurants, bars, & shops, including a large supermarket, all within walking distance. Also, the bus stop & taxi stop is just around the corner from the appartment, should you wish to venture further afield. We would highly recommend.

Host was very responsive & met us to walk us into the place. The photo for check in needed updating, it’s now at KK’s Thai Massage for a more accurate entrance area, but we rented a car and had free parking right in front (limited but got lucky!) Place was very clean and the balcony was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and resting at night. We walked to all the shops, pleasantly surprised just how much there was to do around! We ate at Terrazo Italian, incredible food! Beach was beautiful, definitely don’t suggest having a large suitcase tho for parking or elevator access :) Otherwise host was super nice, place was super clean & definitely bang for the buck for an air bnb.

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic week in Elisa’s apartment, the view is beautiful! So lovely to see and hear the sea everyday. It’s a short walk into town with lots of great bars and restaurants, we also easily got parked nearby. Elisa was a great host, very responsive and I recommend reading her blog with loads of great recommendations for exploring the algarve. Thank you Elisa!

Carlota’s place is located in amazing Villa with beautiful surroundings! Amazing beaches to get to and her local recommendations were excellent ! The pool was great but unfortunately due to the weather it was a bit too cold to use and shower facilities were under construction. The only downside is the bed option, as described from the picture, the main bedroom is with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. One big bed would’ve been more comfortable but breathtakingly beautiful view makes everything ok. We had some issue with laundry machine as it wasn’t in a good condition but we cleaned it and bought strong scent laundry detergent made it usable again! Wonderful memories from the beautiful landscape and activities and especial thanks to warm and heart full neighbor downstairs! Thank you again and it was a pleasant stay!

It is said that if you want things done ask a busy woman and Marika was but she was always responsive to questions and requests . As far as I’m concerned she went over and above to make my stay a success. I have no problem in recommending this property and its host.

superb. had a 4 week stay, and loved it. very easy to find and access. the apartment has everything you need. home from home. the pool area and garden is lovely and peaceful. Great location. plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance. 15 minute walk to the nearest beach, 10 minute walk to the supermarket. we do like walking. after all were on holiday and in no rush. but if you need a big shop it's 5 euro to aldi in albufeira. would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back. cheers Nelson
