Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Olive Branch

Me & my family was in town for a funeral, Host was so kind & thoughtful to leave a card for condolences, upon checking into the place. Place was Amazing, very Clean, & Felt like home. If ever in town again I would definitely like to stay at this place than anywhere else.

Host very communicative and responsive. There was minimal yet expected sounds from the occupants next door ( doors closing, voices on patio). Very walkable neighborhood to lots of nearby restaurants.

House was great I loved the backyard, The Style , The Neighborhood was Nice & Friendly, Only Thing Would compliment the house is a full body mirror for guest .

This place was truly five stars — absolutely beautiful from the moment we walked in! I loved the artwork and the attention to detail throughout the space. Everything we needed for a short stay was thoughtfully provided, plus a few extra touches that made it even better. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Memphis that’s close to downtown but not right in the middle of it, this is the spot. Thanks so much for having us — I’ll definitely be back!

Great place and plenty of room. Great location , not far from all the fun in Memphis, but far enough out to be a safe and peaceful area.

We visited the Memphis area for the, Memphis is May, Bar-B-Q Competition. After researching the crime statistics in Memphis we opted to search in the outlying areas. Olive Branch is less than 30 minutes from downtown Memphis, and we felt extremely safe in the neighborhood and home. The host was very responsive, the home was clean and spacious for the 5 adults in our party. Thank you, Treshawn!

This home was super clean and extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Tea and coffee stations were extra special touches. All appliances were new, clean and worked perfectly. Hosts were extremely responsive and very patient with my questions. We're not very experienced Air BNB users but this was super easy and a very positive experience for us. Would definitely try to stay here again when we return to the area.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay for our baseball tournament. The area was peaceful and Darlene was a great host. Would recommend!

Don and Billy were amazing hosts. They were super communicative. They left us perfect instructions and were there to meet us when we checked in to greet us and make us feel at home. The apartment is great and had all we needed. It's also very close to Beale Street. The location is fantastic. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome.

Stay here was pleasant. Quiet neighborhood and everyone kept to themselves. Food and drinks only 2 blocks down, easy walk. Would stay here again

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. Thank you for hosting me and my family , we appreciate you allowing us to have another successful family vacation.

Mark & Fabricio’s place was outstanding. Place was even better than described. Every deal was thought of to make our stay so enjoyable. Mark reached out to us to let us know the place was ready early. Which was so nice after being on the road all day. We were met with a 5 page note, hand written by Mark highlighting all the things to do and see in the area. Was just blown away by the 3” think binder that again had everything listed of what to do and places to eat. And on top of that home made pumpkin bread. So thoughtful! Their place has a great location in midtown that makes everything very convenient. Several restaurants, shops and bars were a short walk away. We would highly recommend their place to anyone looking to stay in the Memphis area. And look forward to staying again in the future.

Wonderful place! The studio was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had lots of amenities. Good water pressure in the shower. The neighborhood was quiet but we could still walk to several restaurants and Overton Park. Taylor was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

It was absolutely beautiful, with clean a and beautiful color pallette and decor.

This was an extremely new and well designed condo. It was close to Beall and everything going on in downtown.

We traveled with our daughter and granddaughter to visit the National Civil Rights Museum. When we started looking for lodging, the cost for this condo seemed kind of high. But once we looked at hotels and some of the other condos, we realized the rate wasn’t out of line, especially considering what you get for the money. The location - you’re a maximum 10-15 minute walk from anything one might want. Great restaurants are right around the corner. The Civil Rights Museum is an easy 10 minutes. Beale Street is just a few minutes more, but there’s easy parking if you’d prefer to drive. The condo is perfect for traveling with other people - plenty of privacy as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the space. The kitchen is very nice with everything one might want. We didn’t do any cooking, but we did get takeout and ate around the dining table several times. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo and our stay there, and we highly recommend it!

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

Amazing place , nice area. They were always responding when we needed help. The only bad thing I would say it was a few knats in the home. But it’s Summertime and we were in the south. So I understand but over beautiful home and had a great stay.

Jon was such a responsive and thorough host!! He always replied to my questions. The space exceeded my expectations! We were there for our wedding and there was so much space for us to finish our wedding prep before our special day. We loved that it was so close to Overton Square (where our wedding was held)! Loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony in the morning and listening to the birds while drinking coffee

It’s everything you can imagine, if you want a place to chill and relax and actually enjoy your stay this is the place for you. I love it so much and I will be coming back again!!!!!!
