The accommodation is located in the countryside of Santa Maria di Licodia 225 meters above sea level, surrounded by a 30,000 sqm citrus grove, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Mount Etna and the nearby towns. in absolute tranquility, you can enjoy an outdoor space, exclusively for your use, furnished and equipped with a large barbecue. Recently renovated with traditional techniques and materials, it is 40 minutes from Etna, an hour from Syracuse and Taormina and half an hour from Catania.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor
