In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

House which is 15 km from Chartres, 1h30 from Paris. The A11 motorway is 10 minutes away, Illiers-Combray exit: no. 3.1 Nearby (3 km to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided. 2 pets are allowed for a total price of €10. We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.
