The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces so that we have two separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , elevations and materials . The attic room, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the living room, there's a view that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Lighting is everywhere

The room without kitchen has a separate entrance and is situated in the heart of the historical center, surrounded by many shops, bars and typical restaurants. In few minutes you can walk to both the beach and the rocks. Within walking distance there are the bus stops for various destinations (airport, beaches, other tourist destinations). Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio.
