The walls, with the characteristic exposed stone, are original, and the floors are "antiqued"; the furniture design is contemporary. It is about 3km from the village of Olmedo, from Alghero about 8km, from Fertilia airport only 6km. The ideal base, nestled between the tranquility of the countryside and the area's most beautiful beaches.

Old renovated farmhouse 300 meters from the sea

Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
