Spacious and elegant, in a recently renovated 18th-century building at the entrance to the historic center. On the third floor of the building (no elevator) on two levels: living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, double bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The walls, with the characteristic exposed stone, are original, and the floors are "antiqued"; the furniture design is contemporary. The market is 5 minutes away, public parking is 300/350 meters away, and buses to the airport and beaches are 200 meters away.

You can relax in this oasis of tranquility, surrounded by greenery away from traffic but close to the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia. The house is entirely surrounded by olive grove, orchard, and vineyard. It is accessed through the paved road and only in the last 200m the road is unpaved but perfectly accessible. It is about 3km from the village of Olmedo, from Alghero about 8km, from Fertilia airport only 6km. The ideal base, nestled between the tranquility of the countryside and the area's most beautiful beaches.

Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Casa Ichnusa is a charming single-family holiday home located overlooking the sea in the bay of sunsets. It offers every kind of comfort and is the ideal choice for those looking for a quiet stay in the heart of nature, feeling like on a ship in the middle of the sea, and with all the services nearby. Delightful, recently renovated two-room apartment in a very central location in the historic center, a stone's throw from the wonderful Alghero seafront overlooking the open sea with a view of the magnificent Capo Caccia promontory.
