Holiday rentals with beach access in Ölüdeniz

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

I have to say that the apartment has a spectacular view but you have to climb many stairs and it is not recommended for people with difficulties to mobilize. luckily a gentleman helped me to bring my luggage and the taxi driver to lower it. Enes responds quickly to messages ideal for young people or fitness. otherwise it is very well located in a very commercial area. Best of all, the harbor view i found it very clean.

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Even cuter than the pictures. Place was very clean. Easy check-in and so convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Very walkable. Tufan was quick to respond to any questions I had. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I returned.

Ahmet’s place was perfect in terms of location and space for three people. Much to do around the area including shops for any groceries. The place was very clean and exactly like the images. Ahmet and co were friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Also he was very helpful during check in / check out. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such a welcoming and lovely stay.

It was a very quiet and calm villa experience that you should literally have a holiday. The pool and villa were cleaner than they should have been. It was away from the noise and car sounds due to its location. It is centrally located, with an average distance of 10-15 minutes to all the bays that need to be visited and seen. I would like to thank Ms. Gamze for her service and interest.

We had a fantastic 8-day stay in Fethiye! The facility was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were modern and fully equipped, and the private pool (10m x 3m) was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and swimming. Our host, Umur, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He provided us with detailed recommendations for restaurants, beaches, markets, and shopping malls, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Every time we had a question, he was quick to respond and always eager to assist. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Fethiye!

The complex offers a range of services, excellent location, and robust security measures. The proximity to the beach and multiple swimming pools is a significant plus. Mr. Galib was highly responsive and efficient in addressing any needs that arose, although the apartment's self-sufficiency minimized the need for his involvement. One potential area for improvement is enhancing the Wi-Fi signal strength, particularly in the bedrooms, to ensure seamless connectivity throughout.

We were thinking of a holiday with a 2-night birthday concept, where we could relieve the stress of the year. As a result of long research, we chose the villa that Ms. Semin put into service. Our first decision and reason for choosing was that she responded to messages very quickly and established a naive and sincere communication. She gave us a lot of confidence and provided as much support as she could at check-in and check-out. He provided us with the most appropriate support at check-in and check-out and in everything that came to our mind. We did not have any problems with cleaning, tidiness and needs. If I had to choose again, I would come without hesitation. I even saved the location of the villa on my maps. The main reason for all of this is the modest sincerity of the host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach - ideal if you want to take a stroll, go out for a meal or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation truly special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

Positive aspects; The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The whole place was super clean. The pool was well-maintained and lovely. The garden was very beautiful, we even picked fresh onions and added them to the dishes. The towels and beds were very clean. When you woke up in the morning, the birdsong was peaceful. It was very nice to have a fireplace and a barbecue. It was in a very safe position. Negative aspects; The lock system of a sun lounger was broken. It got stuck in my hand and my finger was seriously damaged. The hot tub's jet didn't work. There was almost no internet connection. Areas open to development; The area between the pool and the vegetables is very empty. You can add or animate something there. There is noise as construction continues in the villas next door. It can be preferred after the construction is finished. The carpet in the living room can be changed, there are stains, it is disturbing. My advice to those who will come by navigation is to come to Göcek and take the back road. When you enter from Dalaman, the road is incredibly bad. Apart from all these, it is a place that should be preferred and visited easily.

Great location! The apartment was very clean and the residents of the building were very nice. The bed was comfortable, the balcony had a great view, and the apartment was spacious. The only thing that wasn’t great was the WiFi was not reliable. The hosts were very responsive and quick to help reset the internet, but there were a few times I was unable to connect. Even with the internet issues I’d stay here again.

Nevzat’s villa is very nice, great value, and the location is good. The hosts are also very responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

We liked the beautiful unit. We rented a car from Enterprise to get around after the 1st day. Recommend Tlos ancient city and get the guy there to guide you around, and pay him 400 TL. Fantastic. Also Patara Beach sand dunes - wow! Free and totally amazing. Do not go to the pay beach also called Patera. It costs way way too much.

We were very pleased with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, the location is in a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oğuz again.

Accommodation better than in the photos, pleasant stay, Mrs. Deniz is very friendly, the instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. The beach is accessible by public transport in 10 minutes (even without a car) Everything is nearby Flawless residence. My kids loved the pool.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Meric was a lovely host and the location of the apartment couldn't have been better - just steps away from a common pool and the beach, as well as a short walk to Calis boardwalk, where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. We had a lovely and relaxing stay, with lots of room for the whole family.

our stay at Ramazan's Villa was great, Very peacefull, relax the villa is in a great location with Markets and restaurants near the area. we had a great time, Ramazan is always available to help and Answer all your needs. this is a great place to stay in your next visit to oludeniz Area. I will deffinately Stay here on my next trip to this beautiful country.

Osman's was ideal for what I needed. He was friendly and helpful and available if I had needed him. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. Ideally, you need a car as it is a bit of a trek to the shops.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.
