We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Accommodates 4-6 comfortably. Situated conveniently near the freeway but feels like the backcountry. Best of both worlds!
