The bedroom windows and the balcony overlooking the lake welcome the sunrise in the morning and offer a view of the moon reflected in the lake in the evening.

Welcome to the House of Sveva, a magical place with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). A few steps from home you will find the ferry stop for the Borromean Islands, some of the best seafood restaurants in the area, a boat rental and an equipped beach.
