We had an amazing time here! The view was amazing, the house was spacious and comfortable, and there was lots to do/explore near by. We wish would could have stayed longer!

the two of us had a great week here. Upon our arrival, the place was very nicely prepared, cleaned and we felt right at home. Everything necessary is available everywhere. From necessary things such as towels, plates, cutlery, sufficient and various glasses, and cooking utensils; to great extras such as blender, coffee maker, grill tongs, wood, water carafe, bathrobes and much more. As a result, we were able to really enjoy our vacation and didn't have to take care of anything. The living rooms themselves are lovingly furnished and there is plenty of space. The garden is beautiful and decorated with lots of herbs, flowers and plants. It's just a pity that he is not directly connected to the house but you always have to go out to the street to get into the garden. But that's not a real problem. The view from the house and the garden is mega.The journey leads via a gravel road and is a little more difficult. We had a great time.

Had a wonderful time together with our 4 children. Swimming pool was very nice and everything was present and in good condition.

What can I say, my best vacation experience, both for the house and for the host Iva, the house is wonderful, very clean and very pampering. The spaces are beautiful, at least 5-6 corners around the garden where you can chat, dine, relax, and really feel on vacation. The added value was Iva, kind, friendly, helpful, every communication with her was pleasant and effective. Her attention in providing you with a starting point, the fridge was full of drinks, juices, beers, wine and many other things. The house was not missing anything, the kitchen was more equipped than my house, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, scale, blender and much more, all new and perfect. Fresh house and new air conditioners in the room. Three maxi televisions. BBQ and outdoor pizza oven, I could go on for hours describing everything there is. There's nothing missing. Thanks Iva for letting us have an exceptional week. I'm sure anyone will have a great time.

⸻ Staying at this property was great! Perfect for a larger group – we were in 10 people, including a small child, and we all felt very comfortable. The house was spacious, well equipped and very cozy. Everyone had their own space, and at the same time we could spend time together in a large living room or on the terrace. The location was also a plus – it was only 10 minutes by car to the nearest town, which was very convenient, especially when we wanted to go for dinner or shopping. Quiet, green, perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this property – perfect for a group of friends or children. We'd love to come back!

The apartment and the view are simply breathtaking. Nice and quiet and private. Great. Only the last few meters can't be done with every car ;)

We vacationed with 7 friends in this great villa. It looks even nicer in person than in the photos. Very luxurious. The villa has a lot to offer (grill, table soccer, PlayStation…) and also everyday equipment such as spices/Zewa/cleaning supplies. Iva was always available to us and gave us good tips. During our stay, a friend proposed to his partner - for this, Iva organized flowers at the florist, which were even delivered to us. The area is also really beautiful and in 10-20 minutes all around you have various small villages and towns with restaurants, supermarkets and gas stations.

Damir is an absolute great Host and Person. He replies very fast on any Questions. The House had all we needed. We stayed with 7 Persons and the Space is absolute amazing. We stayed 5 Days and didnt left the villa because it has everything u need. We can say for sure it was one of the best Holidays we ever had. Thank you for everything

The house is quiet and secluded and has a large garden. The pool is very large and heated (27 degrees), which our granddaughters and we enjoyed very much. Very nice whirlpool and various play options. The facility is modern and very complete. Unfortunately, there is no sun protection at the pool, but this is understandable, as sunshades are damaged by the wind. One tip would be to install a manual slat roof, which is very stable. But all in all a beautiful house, in which we felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

Super host, clean place to stay in clean space. Were 3 couples, all enough space in living room and terrace. Both rooms on the 1st floor a bit too little storage space. We will be happy to come back.

Great accommodation with swimming pool, you were looked after twice a week. Lidija also takes care of the guests and asks if everything is okay. Always happy to come back.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Our stay at Villa Domijan was fantastically beautiful! We felt incredibly comfortable. The view, the comfortable sun loungers, beds, large open bright rooms were pure luxury. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We would come back any time!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

The house was perfect for our stay. Very spacious and clean. Well, equipped kitchen, large spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The host is very quick to respond and very helpful. Great ocean view from almost anywhere in the house. The sauna and Jacuzzi as well as the pool table offer a great option for rainy days. we will definitely be returning or at least recommend this house to others.

A long weekend very much enjoyed in this villa. Super nice hosts, very attentive and respond quickly. Good communication, they are flexible and very nice. The location is great (would take a rental car) and also the Croatian people are friendly. Recommended!

The villa is an absolute dream! The architecture and the furnishings - everything at the highest level and very tasteful. Particularly impressive is the great view of the bay and the city. Even from the bedroom you have a panoramic view of the bay. We were in Opatija in just 15 minutes and there is a good connection to the expressway for further excursions in the area. We felt comfortable with 5 people. The facilities leave nothing to be desired, even if you want to cook for yourself. Thanks for the great care! We can only recommend the villa to everyone.
