Ride your ATV, the Oswego County ATV Trails or Osceola ATV Club Trails right from the house. Bring your boat and take it out on the Salmon River Reservoir, perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and only a 6 minute drive from the house with a nice boat launch and parking. About 20 minutes drive from the Salmon River.

Great Fishing. Sylvan Beach 20 minutes away. Game room above garage with large TV w. DVD player, wet bar (not stocked), Ping pong table, Air hockey table, table for card games, double bed (4th 'bedroom') and large couch. Fire pit on property overlooking the lake.

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
