Angel was a great host and the apartment was very nice.

Just as described. Host was very responsive and kept me up to date with any maintenance issues inside/outside that were going to be taken care of. I work nights and was respectful of my schedule as they could be. Location was beautiful rural farm land. Closest to town for what I was willing to pay. 25 min drive to Utica. Just to add about the weather in the winter. The surrounding hwy are fairly well maintained. But sometimes in early mornings when I got off work the plows had not made it yet for first pass. Or it snowed so much they haven’t made it back for another pass. Just an FYI so anyone doesn’t find out the hard way like I did. Thank god for 4wheel drives.

A nice small place, perfect as home base for ADK hiking adventures. It was certainly a quiet place to get a good night's sleep - my last night there was a terrible storm that tore down trees, including one in the front yard of this property, and I slept right through it!

The apartment was just as pictured and conveniently located near a grocery store and the zoo. It was a quiet neighborhood on the weekend and weekdays.
