Apartment holiday rentals in Oneroa Beach

Nice central location to the island and all that it has to offer. The beach was beautiful and quiet even though it was a holiday weekend. The ferry was easy to use. We enjoyed the many wineries on the island and wish we could stay longer. Elaine communicated extremely well and checking in was easy. Her place was clean and comfortable.

What a fantastic stay we had here. The apartment had everything we needed. It was in a great location and only a 2 minute to the north and south motorway on ramps. It was also right next to Sylvia Park Westfield Mall, so we had everything on our door step. This is a must stay and one we would highly recommend and stay at again. Thanks Team!

Overall, we had a great experience at Kaye's place. A lovely and spacious apartment and garden. The beds were very comfortable. Good and quiet location. Friendly and responsive hosts. That being said, cleanliness could be improved. The toaster oven (Which we haven't used) was dirty, as well as some of the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Cockroaches, ants, and lots of spiders. We were provided with insecticides per my request. Would expect it to be taken care of before our arrival.

Stayed at johnnys place as was sorting out our rental! Johnny was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early although i only notified him the night before! Thank you so much johnny. Everything was perfect, good bed space, kitchen space and also bathroom for our 3 night stay. Also all things were provided which make it easy for us!

Well what a view welcomed us as we entered Jos fab place!!! 🤩 We had such a great time. Clean and comfy especially the bed… we slept so well. Absolutely loved watching the bird life from the windows… so many Kingfishers!! The walk way to the beach was really great and such a lovely place to stroll at anytime of the day. Jo was so helpful and friendly yet left us to it giving us our privacy. Everything was great and we have already recommended it to others! 👍

Great place to stay, everything needed is there, in-house laundry, vacuum cleaner, well setup kitchen, secure, private and quiet.

The property and location were very good. It was spacious for two people and the secure car park was an added bonus. The amenities in the property were modern and easy to use. It was also very quiet inside. Due to the type of property (secure apartment building) , initial access was very difficult, despite detailed instructions. Subsequently, it was easy and felt very secure. Good transport, shopping and cafes were on the doorstep.

A gem of a place. I was visiting family and working remotely. This place had plenty of space, well laid out, with everything you need including a great kitchen and breakfast bar, seperate dining/work area and a tucked away lounge. The bedroom has a super comfortable bed and gorgeous linen- felt luxurious. Some lovely touches throughout .

The house is very cozy, so the supplies are very complete, you don't need to prepare anything, you just need to check in directly with your own belongings. The host also prepared a lot of food for us, even snacks and ice cream for us. It was very late when the day arrived, everything in the house so that we could rest directly, the host had two lovely dogs, the host Trevor was very welcoming, but I had bad English, and there was not a lot of communication. If I go to New Zealand again, this house is my first choice.

A very comfortable apartment which was close to coffee shops, restaurants and great walks. On a bus route which made going into the city easy. We would stay there when next in the area. Very accommodating hosts.

Perfect retreat space during a very busy stay in Auckland. Great bathroom and comfortable beds. Being able to bring our small dog Rosie the Min Pin with us made the stay all the better! Safe environment with a nice park nearby for early morning walks. Would love to stay again next time we are in Auckland Thank you Gila

I’m staying for 5 days, Ali’s place is very nice, quiet, clean, safe and private. I noticed that they turned on the air conditioner for me before I arrived at night, so the room is very warm. All the facilities in the room is tide and clean. I had great time. 👍🏻

Fantastic place to stay on the North side. Beautiful views of the city and harbour from the deck and lounge room. Very well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Thank you - we’ll be back!!

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time staying here! We arrived in waiheke around 2 pm and veronika was flexible with allowing us to check in an hour early! She met us (along with her adorable dog kiwi) as we walked up the driveway and helped us inside. She gave us a tour and gave us some good recommendations for dinner and walking trails in the area. The suite itself is lovely. Temperature control works great, the view was wonderful, and oneroa village and the beach is just a few minutes walk away! The bedroom and living room were very clean and I loved learning about the water collection initiatives on wiaheke! At the end of our stay our taxi driver was late to pick us up for our return ferry and Veronika offered to drive us there herself!! Absolutely exceptionally and above and beyond hospitality. I would book here again immediately and you all should too!!!

Heather Jayne’s place was a comfortable and a relaxing retreat for our family while in Auckland. The space was clean and cozy and had all listed amenities. Heather Jayne left clear instructions and local recommendations. Highly recommended stay!

The perfect getaway to relax & unwind. I spent every moment I could taking in the view... it's paradise! The accommodations lack nothing & are very comfortable complete with hot tub. The owners live next door & are lovely. Highly recommend for any little getaway!

My family had a lovely stay and really appreciated the amenities, especially access to the pool and sauna. For a short visit to Auckland this is well located for access to local tourist spots and a short uber ride nearly anywhere if the weather isn't great or the walk is too long. The only issue we had was the noise from the docks across from the building, so wouldn't recommend if you are a light sleeper. We appreciated the extra makeshift room, though given the gaps in the folding door it made it so we couldn't use the TV while our son was sleeping. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend.

The WIP team was fantastic throughout. The penthouse was lovely, and we felt right at home. Beautiful beach within walking distance was complimented by the resort pool. My family & I would definitely go back!

Peter’s AirBNB is gorgeous and well stocked. He was friendly, responsive, and on premise much of our stay (which is a private section of his home), but also great about giving us privacy. We especially enjoyed the pool and charming garden spaces - as well as the breakfast food and tea/coffee provided. A few notes that weren’t fully clear to me before arriving: >Washer is on site but generally not for guest use (though we got the OK to do a couple loads when we asked) > There is no living room or indoor common area of the Airbnb space. > There are gorgeous outdoor spaces with shade covering to enjoy for meals at home - but only bedroom/hallway space available indoors for “hang out space” > The Rotary walk area is easily accessible from this space - and the views are even better than the pictures :)
