You will have the entire place to yourself however there is a self contained flat attached to the house with a separate entry that may be occupied. We have a strict no parties policy.

Enjoy views back to Auckland, Beachlands and Maratai with stunning sunsets. Tirimoana looks across the water yet is a world apart. Ideal for couples and families - fully fenced & gated with a trampoline and parking for 2 cars and a small boat. Tirimoana has a large and sunny open plan kitchen, dining and living area with 2 spacious bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 4 adults or a family of 5. The house has fantastic indoor-outdoor flow opening onto 3 decked areas for more space to relax.

Charming clean 2 bedroom 1950s cottage located in central Oneroa, Waiheke Island. Ceasars cottage is a 2 minute walk from shops and restaurants at Oneroa Village (close to the ferry) and is right by the 2 main bus routes. There is plenty of room for parking and the boat. You will be a 5 minute walk to both Oneroa and Blackpool beaches. Two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and living areas are connected by the courtyard allowing family and friends to be together but also have privacy.

A modern kitchen gives the option to cook. Only 100m from a bus stop so easy to get to and from the ferry and walking distance to shops, cafes, and beaches.
