Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.

The lake of arjuzanx has 10 mnt with its beach equipped and supervised boats , pedal boat rental,the ocean has 30 mnt, ideal surfing or swimming , and Spain at 1:10 am.

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a raw wood work located at the exit of a small village . It was entirely done by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities.The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The cottage is located on part of the host's lot and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it seamlessly.

We are located at 1,5 km from the beach, you can ride with our bikes we can lend to you. The house is in a quiet and residential area near pinewood. We are in border of the cycle path, in front of the tennis club. Your studio is fully equipped with all confort. On option the spa and swimming pool are accessible.
