We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is situated in a very quiet suburb with beautiful morning sunshine and seaviews. It was very clean and comfortable...my very tall husband appreciated the extra height of the shower too! Sheryll was a thoughtful host who went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

So good we had to come back. Another great stay. Close to the village and cafes and restaurants. A fantastic place to stay, cosy, clean and comfortable. So many extras, tea, coffee, cereal, milk, bathroom products. Home away from home!

房子非常温馨，所以用品非常齐全，不需要准备任何东西，带着自己的物品直接入住就好，房东还为我们准备了很多吃的，甚至零食、冰淇淋都有，当天到的时候很晚了，房子里的什么都有，让疲惫的我们可以直接休息，房东家有两只可爱的狗狗，房东Trevor人非常热情，但是我英文不好，没有很多的交流，如果再次去新西兰，这个房子是我的首选。

What a fantastic stay we had here. The apartment had everything we needed. It was in a great location and only a 2 minute to the north and south motorway on ramps. It was also right next to Sylvia Park Westfield Mall, so we had everything on our door step. This is a must stay and one we would highly recommend and stay at again. Thanks Team!

Overall, we had a great experience at Kaye's place. A lovely and spacious apartment and garden. The beds were very comfortable. Good and quiet location. Friendly and responsive hosts. That being said, cleanliness could be improved. The toaster oven (Which we haven't used) was dirty, as well as some of the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Cockroaches, ants, and lots of spiders. We were provided with insecticides per my request. Would expect it to be taken care of before our arrival.

Well what a view welcomed us as we entered Jos fab place!!! 🤩 We had such a great time. Clean and comfy especially the bed… we slept so well. Absolutely loved watching the bird life from the windows… so many Kingfishers!! The walk way to the beach was really great and such a lovely place to stroll at anytime of the day. Jo was so helpful and friendly yet left us to it giving us our privacy. Everything was great and we have already recommended it to others! 👍

A gem of a place. I was visiting family and working remotely. This place had plenty of space, well laid out, with everything you need including a great kitchen and breakfast bar, seperate dining/work area and a tucked away lounge. The bedroom has a super comfortable bed and gorgeous linen- felt luxurious. Some lovely touches throughout .

This was my parents’ second stay at Brendon and Jayne’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It truly felt like a home away from home – cozy, quiet, and full of warmth. What I really appreciated was how Brendon stayed in touch with me during their stay to make sure everything was going well, especially since my parents don’t speak much English. That extra level of care meant a lot to us and made their final days in New Zealand feel very safe and supported. Thank you again for being such thoughtful and genuine hosts. We’ll definitely keep your place in mind for future visits!

Amazing apartment on the best beach on Waiheke. Just across the road from the beach

A very comfortable apartment which was close to coffee shops, restaurants and great walks. On a bus route which made going into the city easy. We would stay there when next in the area. Very accommodating hosts.

Chrissy was an amazing host! She gave us the full run down, recommended wonderful places to check out! She was also so helpful in turns of dropping us off and picking us up from the closest bus stop. I do recommend either bringing your own car or even hiring one because the 20min walk to and from the beach and restaurants is a bit of a hike but still a beautiful peaceful walk. Excellent stay. Thomas is a great host with clear instructions and very responsive to anything. The place is amazing from the huge carpeted parking garage to the very modern well outfitted apartment with great balcony. Superb location in downtown howick above the Monterrey theatre. All round excellent stay - would love to stay again.

Stayed at johnnys place as was sorting out our rental! Johnny was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early although i only notified him the night before! Thank you so much johnny. Everything was perfect, good bed space, kitchen space and also bathroom for our 3 night stay. Also all things were provided which make it easy for us!

Tina and I love that Mariette said hi and made sure we got in OK. The place was an amazing break for our busy lives running gyms. We loved it so much that we do want to come again soon. thanks again!

Great place to stay, everything needed is there, in-house laundry, vacuum cleaner, well setup kitchen, secure, private and quiet.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time staying here! We arrived in waiheke around 2 pm and veronika was flexible with allowing us to check in an hour early! She met us (along with her adorable dog kiwi) as we walked up the driveway and helped us inside. She gave us a tour and gave us some good recommendations for dinner and walking trails in the area. The suite itself is lovely. Temperature control works great, the view was wonderful, and oneroa village and the beach is just a few minutes walk away! The bedroom and living room were very clean and I loved learning about the water collection initiatives on wiaheke! At the end of our stay our taxi driver was late to pick us up for our return ferry and Veronika offered to drive us there herself!! Absolutely exceptionally and above and beyond hospitality. I would book here again immediately and you all should too!!!

The WIP team was fantastic throughout. The penthouse was lovely, and we felt right at home. Beautiful beach within walking distance was complimented by the resort pool. My family & I would definitely go back!

Peter’s AirBNB is gorgeous and well stocked. He was friendly, responsive, and on premise much of our stay (which is a private section of his home), but also great about giving us privacy. We especially enjoyed the pool and charming garden spaces - as well as the breakfast food and tea/coffee provided. A few notes that weren’t fully clear to me before arriving: >Washer is on site but generally not for guest use (though we got the OK to do a couple loads when we asked) > There is no living room or indoor common area of the Airbnb space. > There are gorgeous outdoor spaces with shade covering to enjoy for meals at home - but only bedroom/hallway space available indoors for “hang out space” > The Rotary walk area is easily accessible from this space - and the views are even better than the pictures :)

Loved our stay! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back !

Part of the Waiheke Island resort development and a lot cheaper to stay (some apartments are owned by the hotel and some privately). Great views of the bay, the beach is a short walk down the hill and you can catch a bus up. No car needed although it does make life easier
