This gem is located in the southwest area of Jacksonville in the mallard creek subdivision. Charming community with mature trees. This home is newly renovated with a midcentury appeal. It brings true peace & tranquility in the rear area of the property behind the fence where you can have a glimpse of a small flowing creek. Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.
