Mallory & John were both very friendly, quick to respond and accommodating to our check in needs and questions throughout the stay. The home was clean and well equipped. Perfect for my family and only 10 mins from the beach! The kids loved the pool and backyard space for fishing, running around and relaxing in the hammocks. My only suggestion would be to pack bug spray for the back yard since you are near the lake (the mosquitoes loved us!) and to be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride into the neighborhood as there are many potholes in the gravel road leading up to the house. Not a complaint and not the hosts fault of course. Just want to help! We would stay here again :)

Fishing paradise, breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck, steps to the water. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

We had a fantastic visit. The accommodations and amenities for a visitor were terrific… no need to bring extra beach items, bikes, etc. For those who want to eat on, most of the basics were available, just needed the main ingredients! Wonderful home layout and very comfortable.

The house is in the perfect location. Right on the beach with great views. Basically your own private beach. Great for fishing and swimming. Kevin made everything very easy and responds very quickly if you have any questions or need any help.

We had the most amazing weekend stay at Katrina’s & Mark’s place. From booking to checking out Katrina is very responsive with questions we had. The house is very spacious and fully stocked with mainly everything you would think of bring for a beach getaway. I highly recommend booking this bnb if you have a big family like mine there’s so much you can do whether is hangout by the tiki bar or just enjoying the beautiful view there’s something for everyone. Thank you again Katrina & Mark definitely hope to come back to this bnb for more family trips.

The space itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. Whether we were lounging on the porch with a cup of coffee or heading out for a beach day, we felt completely at ease Highly recommend for anyone craving a peaceful retreat with easy access to the ocean. We’ll definitely be back!

10/10 stay. Had everything we needed after work to make dinner for 4 men after working all day whether it was in the kitchen or on the grill. The dock was perfect. Didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit, but all around the property is amazing. Would 100% stay here again!

Cynthia was a great host. She was very accommodating and communicated quickly with us whenever we had any questions or concerns. The location is private and very peaceful. It felt like a home away from home and I loved having access to water and kayaks. If I was ever in the area I would definitely book again, and I would recommend to anyone visiting.
