Quiet Retreat for Two

Spend a starry night in the country with the comfort of a soft bed, a wood stove, and plenty of space both indoors and out. Our yurt is located in a pocket of trees next to rolling farm fields and beautiful conservation land that the Rocklyn creek meanders through. You can prepare your meals in a sweet outdoor kitchen that is entirely screened in- or choose to sit by the fire. Bruce Trail access is just around the corner, and the towns of Meaford and Owen Sound are a short scenic drive away.

The Barnhouse Loft offers a very unique opportunity to enjoy Niagara Wine Country in full privacy and great comfort. You will be treated to a delicious full hot breakfast every morning and have exclusive use of the entire apartment. We are located right on the Niagara Escarpment, halfway between the majestic Niagara Falls and historic Niagara On The Lake. ***NOTE: We are not able to accommodate any pets or service animals due to serious allergies in the family. Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

The Perched cabin is one of our three cabins. We also have the Apple Tree and the Poplar cabin. This is glamping at its best. Window walls letting light into every side. A sleeping loft. Built with logs. Well equipped for cooking. Heated with woodstove - firewood included. In the middle of the forest. A lot of trails to enjoy. No neighbours. The perfect spot to unwind. We are farmers, a precise time of arrival is important. You are welcome to visit the farm.

- Cozy, Amish-built cabin with vintage decor - OUTDOOR SHOWER CLOSED UNTIL MID MAY!!!!! - Queen bed in the loft - NO running water in the cabin - The perfect country getaway - Large screened in porch with field view Equipped with fridge, stove, gas BBQ, fireplace, indoor composting toilet, firepit ($20 for firewood). No running water. Dishpan + wash basin provided. Outdoor shower is seasonal, open May to Thanksgiving.

Ironwood Cabin - cozy retreat in wine country

Our cabin is located in the quiet hamlet of Campden in Niagara wine country and within easy reach of wineries, hiking trails and bike routes. Some fantastic local wineries are within walking distance and we have bike and e-bike rentals on property available to you as well!
