Swim in the Markermeer - bathe next to the meadows

Our cottage is located in the middle of the fields, a 45-minute drive from Amsterdam, in a small recreational park where another cottage of ours, Familie Buitenhuys, is also located. You will stay in a fully furnished and comfortable house with underfloor heating. The bright, playfully arranged spaces create an open and relaxing atmosphere. In the master bedroom, there is a freestanding bathtub by the window overlooking the meadows: Holland in its purest form. Suitable for up to 4 adults + 1 baby.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak.
