This cozy and newly renovated studio apartment is placed in quiet neiborhood, only 5 minutes away from the centar of Pakoštane and many beautiful beaches! The charming Dalmatian place of Pakošane is set in the very center of the Adriatic coast and it has an unique position between the Adriatic sea and the Vransko Lake. The town of Zadar and even five beautiful National parks are very near: Paklenica, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Krka Falls, North Velebit.

Our house is right on the coast, just a few meters from the sea and our pier. The apartment has a garden terrace surrounded with plants, enjoy your drinks and warm evenings outside. We also offer a shared front terrace with a grill, just a few meters from the sea, and a shared storage area near the beach with free usage of bikes, sup boards, etc.. The pretty village of Betina is 5-10 min stroll away by the sea, with shops and restaurants.
