Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Općina Pakoštane

The place is far from the center - which was perfect for us, a quiet neighborhood, you will come to the village. A car is a must. The apartment was clean, perfect for two, 4 guests will not fit here. From the bedroom, there is a door to the terrace directly to the sitting area and barbecue. The grill is brick and has an outdoor kitchen - great. What we were missing - proper firewood (only lacquered was available, you don't want to make food on that) and some tools (axe, briquettes). As a host, Ana communicated promptly and great, gave us tips for trips, and described the neighborhood. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this place is for you.

Our stay at Filip's went very well. Filip and his mother welcomed us and Filip provided us with all the necessary information. Filip and his mother are extraordinarily kind. The accommodation perfectly met our expectations.

Martins apartment was perfect for our needs, we have 3 older teens so had use of a camp bed. The apartment is so central, right on the water, the view is amazing and the shade on the balcony is perfect. You can swim less than 50mtrs away, the coffee shops are directly under you and there’s entertainment (at weekends) in the square below you (that end early so will not interfere with your sleep), a choice of shops a minute away. By far the best location in the town. Every water activity you can think of is on your door step. Pakoštane is small and unspoiled, the promenade is lovely and if you walk/drive 2.5km from the apt and pass the Pine Resort you have the most pretty, pine tree beach, with a small restaurant, just beautiful. The ‘old town’ is tiny but oh so pretty especially Toro Restaurant, live music Mon & Thur. Don’t hesitate, just book it !!

Cosy and tastefully decorated apt, very clean, we felt here really good. Ana s parents are lovely people, they welcomed us and showed us everything we need to know. Ana gave us many tips and recomondations what to visit and see in Biograd and near surroundings. I can only recomend this place.☺️👍🏼

Nice location near city center! It is possible to have a breakfast, dinner or just a drink in Breakfast and Dinner and Bar by Pinch which is 50 m away from apartment. I suggest to visit a small island Vrgada by boat (ticket one way is 15 HRK).

We spent two beautiful, unforgettable weeks in Biograd, in the apartment Ivana. The hosts are very warm, the communication worked out excellent. We were surprised with cool drinks on arrival and with fresh fruit and vegetables. The apartment is in a quiet location. Excellent, very well furnished and very clean...exactly as shown in the pictures. We lacked nothing. The apartment is perfectly centrally located in Dalmatia... so that we could visit both Zadar and Sibenik/KRKA waterfalls or among others Primosten and much more. We felt very comfortable and can recommend this apartment 100%. Thank you for everything.

We had lovely time here, very nice apartment. The tarrace and the view was great, very close to the Beach. The owner was very nice and helpful. We hope to come back, we recommend.

The apartment is well appointed and is very well located in the city center with cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the beach and harbor with sailing connections right at your fingertips. There was a leap of people on the street and at the eateries and on the small stage on the harbor, which contributed to a good vibe. However, if you are very sensitive to sounds, the apartment is not ideal for the same reason, as you can hear people on the street late at night and early in the morning. However, for us it was no problem, we like the sound of life and people. The beds are good and air conditioning on both floors works really well. When we arrived, there were fruit and biscuits and wine for us. Veronika was very helpful with all questions and sent links to nearby beaches and getaways. The parking is at 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, but works perfectly with the parking pass, which is attached to the apartment. We are already dreaming of returning one day.

This place is wonderful Ines and her husband waited to great is when our car was late with a smile on their face. The place was stunning and had everything you could wish for. Would highly recommend this to anyone. We would love to return.

We had a lovely week in Zorica's home. Everything was in perfect condition and as described. Most of all communication with Zorica was always so easy and quick, any questions answered on the spot thanks. The camp is lovely and quite new. Everything needed is on site and all the staff are really friendly. We can only recommend Zorica's home for a lovely,quietholiday and hope to return in the future.

The house was completely independent and cozy with everything you need for a family vacation. the place is quiet and the sea ( very nice) is easily accessible on foot, never crowded. We had a wonderful vacation

The stay in Jurica's Airbnb was really great. The view is really nice and the accommodation is generally in a very quiet area. The sea is only about 15 minutes away by car and the places around the accommodation are also worth a visit. I can only recommend it 🙌

We had a very nice stay at the house, shared between 3 small families. The pool is great & bedrooms are spacious. The area is peaceful but you will need to drive for 15mins for shopping/beaches etc.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

This was the perfect location, within walking distance to the town but far enough outside that it was peaceful and quiet. It was very convenient to have a market and bakery within walking distance as well. The views were even better than the pictures and everything was as described, the washing machine was also very helpful for us as we have been traveling for a long time. Overall we had such a wonderful time and would definitely come back in the future. PS. If you stay here, make sure to try Bistro Luce&Brigita and ONA for dinner!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

apartment was ideal for my requirements. Short 5 minute walk to the old city over a pedestrian bridge. Close to supermarket and bakery.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

Maja’s apartment is absolutely perfect and furnished to a very high standard. We had a very comfortable relaxing stay. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and short walking distance to a supermarket, a taxi to the old town cost €5 so we didn’t need a car. Maja was always available to answer any questions really quickly. When we arrived there were drinks in the fridge including wine which was lovely. There is also hand soap, shower gel and hair/ body wash in all 3 bathrooms. Plenty of towels, even for the sun beds and hot tub. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.
