Great stay and a big plus for the parking space. Would recommend it, 10/10!

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve chez Ljerka et son fils Franz ! Dès notre arrivée, ils nous ont accueillis comme des rois avec une assiette de charcuterie et des crêpes faites maison – une attention adorable qui donne tout de suite le ton. Ljerka est d'une réactivité exemplaire et, en cas de besoin, Franz est toujours disponible, souriant et prêt à aider. L'appartement est idéalement situé, au calme, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Zadar. Le balcon offre une vue splendide sur la mer, et l’accès direct à une plage quasi privée rend l’endroit encore plus magique. Un vrai petit coin de paradis, parfait pour se détendre au soleil. On recommande les yeux fermés, et même x1000, pour tous ceux qui cherchent une parenthèse de tranquillité au bord de l’eau !

Logement très sympathique, piscine et terrain très agréable, propriétaires sympatiques et souriants! la maison est dans un endroit calme et avec une très belle vue mer. on recommande le logement! merci de votre accueil!

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Nika Marias kleines Haus ist gemütlich und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren drei Erwachsene, Elternpaar u Tochter, und ein kleiner Hund. Das war perfekt. Die Küche war besonders gut und modern ausgestattet, vielleicht etwas wenig Arbeitsfläche, kleiner Esstisch. In Fußnähe am Strand sind zwei tolle Restaurants - Taverna (Reservier. nötig) und Niko (äußerst zuvorkommende u fröhlichfreundliche Bedienung) - was uns gerne aufs Kochen verzichten ließ. Nika Maria kontaktierte uns immer zeitgerecht, um uns nötige Informationen zukommen zu lassen und reagierte sehr flott und zuvorkommend auf Nachfragen unsererseits. Sie sorgte mit ihrer herzlichen Art dafür, dass wir uns gut entspannen konnten. Wir genossen ein paar tolle Strandtage am türkisfarbenen und glasklaren Meer. Die Innenstadt ist sogar ohne Auto erreichbar, da der Bus direkt von Diklo wegfährt, der bis lang in die Nacht fährt, was das mühsame Parkplatz Suchen im schönen Zentrum Zadars erspart. 🫶

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, liegt ruhig gelegen und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel! Sanda war schon beim Check-In sehr lieb und bemüht mich auf alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel hinzuweisen. Als ich krank geworden bin und keine Apotheke in der Nähe mehr geöffnet war, hat sie mir sogar etwas von ihrer Medizin geschenkt. Der EINZIGE Nachteil ist (wie so häufig auf der Insel) das die kleinen Gassen nicht gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind und der private Parkplatz für größere Autos eher keine Option ist. Aber auch dafür konnte Sanda in Vergangenheit wohl eine Lösung finden. Ansonsten sind Wohnung und Gastgeberin ganz wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen! Persönliche Highlights der Umgebung: Fort St Michael und Srdela Snack ❤️

Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Ausblick und die Helligkeit der Zimmer war wundervoll. Unsere Tochter durfte sogar auf dem Trampolin springen. Danke! 🌷

Petar was away, but his parents (in the flat above) looked after us royally. There was a tray of cheese & ham waiting on our arrival, and at least two trays of other pastries and treats during our 10-day stay. Having said that, they left us to our own devices at all other times. We didn't have to buy any household consumables (soap, toilet toilet rolls) on arrival, as there was ample already there. There's a hillside view from the kitchen & lounge windows; the bedroom looked out onto a covered pathway and flower bed. The nearest bus stop at 'Hotel Delfin' was a 6 minute walk away downhill (uphill coming back). As the bus stop is on the beach, waiting for the bus looking into the crystal clear sea was very pleasant. 20 minute bus ride into Zadar, and from there buses to other parts of the area (we went to Nin). Excellent swimming from the narrow beach - but sea shoes are worn by almost everyone as it is rocky under foot. We had a great holiday!

Wir hatten traumhafte 10 Tage bei Zlata, Marta & Katarina. Durch ihre tollen Empfehlungen sind wir vor Ort sehr schnell klar gekommen und haben sehr schöne Ausflüge in die so abwechslungsreiche Umgebung gemacht. Der familiäre Kontakt war superschön und hat uns Kroatien noch näher gebracht. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Sehr geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Prima Lage, nur kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass in der Küche schon eine kleine Grundausstattung (Toast, Butter, Aufstrich, Mineralwasser… ) für uns zur Verfügung stand. So mussten wir nicht gleich einkaufen fahren. Sandra ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell bei Fragen. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Klare Empfehlung.

Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt. An einem Abend hat Richard ein großartiges Fisch-Barbeque für uns gemacht, das unsere Erwartungen aboslut erfüllt hat. Dieser Platz ist großartih, um sich zu erholen!!!

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect — just a 4–5 minute walk to beautiful beaches, with great bars and restaurants nearby, and close to the bus stop. The house was super clean, well-equipped, and the terrace with the sea view was a real highlight. Tina was a fantastic host!very responsive, kind, and supportive throughout. Highly recommended!

we had an amazing stay on ošljak! Absolutely beautiful quiet Island with amazing spots to go swimming or diving. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, Marco was even kind enough to pick us up from preko one time :)

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

We had a lovely five nights in Preko. Vjeran met us at the ferry and it was a quick three minute walk to the apartment. Lovely bright spacious place with two big bedrooms, nice seabreezes and a shady terrace for afternoons. He had left us a lovely platter of prosciutto and delicious local cheese and cherries, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, quiet away from the busy center which thankfully isn’t very busy in June, but close to the beaches and walkable even to Kali. Our best dining experience was at Barbara Konoba just around the corner from the apartment. Definitely recommend for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle in a great central location.

Děkujeme za skvělou dovolenou v Kožinu, v moc hezkém a útulném ubytování, s možností procházek podél pobžeží a výběrem mnoha míst ke koupání. Stephanie reagovala na zprávy ihned a vyřešila vše co jsme potřebovali. Mohu jen doporučit.

This place was perfect. Check in and directions were easy. Cornelius was there to check us in. His wife Dina owns the coffee shop below and made the best Latte I have ever had. Every morning we would go down and get 2 Lattes and 2 freshly made croissants and take the upstairs to our place. We would sit every morning on the patio and drink our coffee and look at the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. It was just what we needed after a hectic trip to Venice. The fact that Cornelius answered our messages almost immediately was such a bonus. I had questions about restaurants and things to do. The bed was firm which I loved. There was also Netflix and Prime to sign on to. I cannot say enough about this place. It had everything we needed close by and it was away from the hustle. We just took the bus that stopped out from for old town and we took our rental to Plitvice and Split for day trips. We cannot thank Cornelius and Dina for making our stay perfect. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

Bardzo polecam to mieszkanie. Idealne dla 2 osob , miasteczko Diklo położone jest 15 min jazdy od centrum Zadaru, można się do niego łatwo dostać rowerem,które oferuje Filip, autobusem który znajduje się 5 min od mieszkania oraz uberem za 7-8€. Okolica bardzo spokojna, Filip oraz jego mama bardzo gościnni i mili ludzie 😊. Polecam☺️.
