Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Take a breath and relax! Frederick Lane is your cosy coastal escape, made for days by the sea. Warm up in your private sauna, outdoor shower (hot and cool) enjoy the fresh ocean air. Move your body with quality workout gear, unwind in the cosy courtyard, explore quiet trails, two adult bikes available! Cozy lounge and spacious kitchen and dining area, plus smart TVs in both bedrooms for chilled nights in!

Possum's Nest - cosy, romantic and private

Possum's Nest is cosy beach side cottage 40 minutes south of Hobart and the airport. It's a compact eco-friendly home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can stroll to the jetty to fish, paddle-board or kayak or take a short drive to some our best surfing beaches. Walk to the shop for supplies and take-aways, or 5 minutes drive to South Arm to a great cafe, RSL club and pharmacy. Within a stone's throw to a gorgeous quiet sandy beach Possum's Nest is the perfect getaway.

Slow Beam.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Stay for a coastal bush experience in our little piece of paradise. Walk and explore the quiet lagoon, reserve and surf beach. Enjoy star gazing and Aurora hunting from your private deck. Located on the unique South Arm Peninsula surrounded by pristine beaches whilst still being an easy drive to Hobart (30 min). The space is cozy and comfortable with ample ammenities, attentive hosts and a detailed guest book. Perfect as a base to explore Southern Tasmania or to sit back and relax.

Riverview Bungalow South Arm

Relaxing couples getaway in a coastal village, with 12 elevated acres with views of the river & lake, at Half-moon Bay, South Arm. Few minutes walk to the beach & fishing spots. Car recommended. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

Unique totally beach front cottage sleeps 6 comfortably, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and all the extras you enjoy at home. Wood heater with Netflix and Sing Star. Close to bus stop and RSL. Beds made up before your stay and towels provided. Have fun with the Kayak’s , push bike and fishing rod equipment on site also. Free bottle of sparkling and free WIFI. Saltcotes Beach House Tasmania

Absolute beach frontage, secluded tranquility, 5 bedroom + 3 bathrooms, fully self contained beach house, with direct beach access! A truly magnificent coastal property nestled in the sand dunes of Opossum Bay with expansive water views to Bruny Island + Mt Wellington. Hobart, Salamanca, Mona, boutique wineries, oyster farms, foodie trails including paddock to plate experiences, farmers markets and more are all within a 40 min scenic drive from Saltcotes.

Blue at Clifton Beach

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.
