The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. The river Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås, among others. Forget worries, enjoy long glorious days in this lovely cottage by beautiful Tyrifjorden. Here you can vacation both rural and central at the same time. Oslo is 40 min away, the fjord is on the property, golf course 5 min away and not to mention Krokskogen with beautiful ski slopes, hiking and biking trails! The cabin has recently been renovated and is a great place to come back to after active days out. No running water! Drinking water is provided in cans (arranged by the host), water for washing is in the spring on the porch. Combustion toilet.

Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

Hytta ligger på Viken Fjellgård, en time fra Lillehammer, rett ved idylliske Espedalsvatnet, 720 m.o.h, og Langsua Nasjonalpark. Her kan man få stillhet og ro, bade, padle, besøke gruver, eller gå turer. Det er kort til høyfjell med mange turmuligheter, eller å gå ut fra gården langs vannet, på stier i skog og mark. Det er koselig uteplass med bålpanne på brygga ved naustet, og det er badestrand på andre siden. Våre gjester kan benytte våre to båter og kano fritt,og vi låner ut to fiskestenger.

An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.

THE BATHROOM IS SEPARATE AND LOCATED IN THE MAIN HOUSE 90 METERS ABOVE. THERE IS NO RUNNING WATER, BUT A FULL WATER CAN IS PROVIDED UPON ARRIVAL. IF NEEDED, REFILL THE TAP AT THE GUEST BATH. FISHING RIGHTS & POSSIBILITY TO RENT A BOAT BY APPOINTMENT. SUN FROM MORNING TO EVENING, WHEN IT COMES. THERE IS ONLY A CERAMIC STOVE TOP IN THE RORBUA.

Østerdalsstue at Kvebergshaugen

The house is located on a farm with sheep and dogs, next to the house where we live. The farm is located about 4 km south of Alvdal city center, and there is a short distance to both hiking areas and fishing opportunities. The house is a restored Österdal house from the 19th century, and the kitchen is well equipped (including microwave, kettle, coffee maker, coffee press and dishwasher). Cleaning fee of NOK 300 only covers preparation of rental unit and not final cleaning.

Det gamle sommerfjøset til Hovelsrud Gård ligger idyllisk til mellom Mjøsa og en bølgende kornåker – et enkelt og unikt sted for den som vil komme tett på naturen og nyte roen på Helgøya. Huset passer best for et par eller en liten familie med inntil to barn. Inne er det et soverom og en åpen stue. Ute er det en kjøkkenbenk, med et gassbluss og grill, en liten strand med bademulighet og utedo. Det er ikke strøm.
