At 0.7 km from the village center. Bakkeveen lies on the border of the provinces of Groningen, Drenthe and Friesland. For many, Bakkeveen is known for its beautiful forests, sandy plains, fens, dobben and heathlands. Characteristic is that there is nature reserve almost on all sides of the village. You can walk here for hours or ride a bicycle while the landscape around you keeps changing. A beautiful area for walkers and cyclists. Especially in the summer months, there is a lot of experience in Bakkeveen.

Holiday bungalow (6 pers) Kiekendief Bakkeveen

The Kiekendief! A lovely 6-person vacation bungalow where you can hear the birds chirping and see a squirrel in the tree. On the spacious terrace, you can sit in the sun at the garden table or you can take a seat on the lounge set under the canopy. The house is on private property with private garden and is wonderfully quiet. But less than 200 meters away is the spacious playground of "Molencaten," which children can use. Bakkeveen is a cozy village: supermarket, snack bar, café, swimming pool.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige stijlvolle ruimte. Geniet van dit gezellige huisje en relax aan of in het -iets verwarmde- zwembad, in de loungehoek of spot vogeltjes vanaf het dakterras. Dit huisje ligt midden in het bos en biedt veel privacy. Zuid-Oost Friesland staat bekend om zijn mooie coulissen-landschap, bos en heidevelden. Het huisje zelf is smaakvol ingericht en voorzien van alle comfort en luxe. U kunt kiezen tussen een 2 persoonsbed of twee een-persoonsbedden in de slaapkamer.

++++Wegens persoonlijke omstandigheden gesloten tot nader bericht.+++++ Ons woonhuis is een voormalig bedrijfspand en had nogal wat ruimte over. Waar voorheen de winkel-/kantoorruimtes met klantentoilet waren, hebben wij in de loop van 2019 een slaapkamer, woonruimte met kitchenette ( koffie- en thee voorzieningen/koelkastje) en toilet/douche gerealiseerd. De winkelentree is nu een privé-ingang voor ons gastenverblijf. Ontbijt bestellen is mogelijk, dit is niet bij de basisprijs inbegrepen.
