So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! Well Equipped kitchen. The living room has 55 inches flat-screen Roku TV.WiFi. An electric fireplace for those cool desert evenings. Lots of wildlife. We are close to restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, the loop ( biking, running, walking) shopping, and grocery stores. No Pets.
