This private home features two spacious rooms with comfy beds, a full kitchen and roomy bathroom. There is also a small bonus office for your use. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

This quaint guest house has a very comfy king bed and an air mattress (if needed please let me know). Beautiful walk in tile shower access to wash the day away. Guests have access to the garden, patio, and gas fire pit. There is a private entrance and I welcome all people from all walks of life. If you are booking this space for someone else please get prior approval. You will assume all risk for them and are responsible for getting them the check in instructions.

All the reviews are true ! Christine is the perfect host ! Her recommendations were spot on. Old Town is walkable, the room is quiet and comfortable. Small but perfect for one. I felt completely at home and came and went as I pleased but felt I could ask Christine for any help, not being a native. Great shower, everything was clean. Nice street, Old Town is a 5 minute walk. Loved the bakery Brot, Urth Cafe and Chapman Brewery. Freeways are a 5 minute drive away but you don’t hear traffic and I’m noise sensitive. Thanks Christine for everything and I hope to be back one day

We booked Nancy's place very last minute (only a few days before our trip started) as our previous booking at the other place was canceled by the host. I think we scored a great deal here. The place is super close to Disneyland (only 8 minutes drive) and pretty much everywhere else we wanted to visit in OC. The bed and linen are very comfortable; the space is a little tight but is cozy enough for 2 people. Highly recommend if you're looking for a decent place to rest after long days at Disneyland.

Stayed for around 2 weeks and was a wonderful stay. Richard is open to chat or give you privacy if needed. Everything you need is provided, it was clean, bed was comfortable. It’s your own direct entry from the side of the home. He and his family live above, they are very gracious and kind. Wifi works great for what I needed, which was schoolwork. The view is really nice and it was enjoyable to take in during the early mornings or in the evening. Would definitely stay again if needed

Staying here at this place was the best decision I made on this trip. I had a very important event to attend that didn’t necessarily go to plan. With bad weather at home, delayed flights and exhaustion coming to Cindy’s air b&b definitely made my trip much better. Easy access and very tidy place I can’t complain. In other reviews they did mention barking dogs and crowing roosters but that’s in the neighbors house and she can’t control that. Nonetheless if you’re a light sleeper I can see why it would be a problem but I am from rural Texas and actually made me feel much more at home. Definitely recommend this place and if I am in town again I am definitely coming here again.
