This beautiful lake house is a lovely retreat from the chaos of the city. We spent the day lounging by the dock, and relaxing in the sun. It was awesome to have a full private bar with your own pool table right in the house!

We appreciated the cleanliness of the house, and it was a nice place to relax with friends and family both inside and outside around the fire. We would definitely stay again!

Even better than the pictures! This was one of our favorite Airbnb experiences, super cute and eclectic house. We loved the style, the bathrooms made me want to renovate my own, and the beds were too comfortable if that’s possible lol. Perfect for vacation. The house was centrally located to the airport and the Bible museums and printery we booked to tour. Overall, we had just a lovely stay and cannot wait to go back!

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

We had a great weekend getaway. All restaurants and shops were a quick walk away and we enjoyed the outside patio area. The house was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our trip. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in the Warwick area.

We loved staying at this beautiful home in the woods. We have a family of five and my mother in law was with us, yet we had plenty of space and the yard was great for the kids to run around in. Despite the woodsy surroundings, restaurants and grocery were close by and we were only about 15-20 minutes from Legoland. Overall just a lovely in what is obviously a well loved and well taken care of house.

We had a wonderful stay at Mellisa’s place. Everything is as described, clean and tastefully decorated. Both Mellisa and Matt are great at communicating. We’d love to visit again!

This is a very beautiful home and grounds. Tracy and Errol are very welcoming and friendly. Guests who stay there have access to the grounds and the pool which are beautifully maintained, peaceful, and lush. My teenage grandchildren came over to visit and swim in the pool and loved the decorative details of the apartment! Tracy provided many extra little touches like providing toothbrushes. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Overall, I can’t say enough about what a lovely place this is. 😊

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

10 out of 10. We loved staying at the carriage house. The house was so clean and had everything to make it feel like home away from home. We ability loved the horse track across the street!!! And even took a walk around this adorable and immaculate city. Please note stairs in the carriage house are steep in case you are traveling with elderly or mobility impaired.

We had a lovely stay at Graham's place. The building is very close to main street in beacon and you can walk there on the road, or through a railroad track through the woods. There is a nice little outdoor area set up with a firepit and comfortable chairs. This apartment is on the bottom floor and there are two other bnb apartments on the floors above. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was clean. Would stay again!

What a wonderful stay! Bee was so responsive and hospitable, and shared so much local information to make the best of my family trip. Bee’s home was truly a home away from home. It was stocked with all the essentials and more, and very spacious for my family of 5. Very clean, and had no issues at all. There was a grill and fire pit available for our use as well. The lake and beach were all very accessible as well, and Bee had plenty of beach passes available for us to use. All in all an unforgettable experience, a short summer trip my family will never forget. We will definitely come back!

Absolutely loved the care and detail Franco & Daniela have put into this home. They ensured that items possibly needed during a trip were available including but not limited to: Makeup remover wipes, slippers, tylenol, teas, and even a little welcome basket of snacks! The touches in the aesthetics of the home were lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The home interior was nicer and much more spacious in person than in the photos! Pro Tips * Please ensure to do your own research on this area as it may not be suitable for all * This home is very well kept but keep in mind the materials home were made of because this may not be suitable for light/insomnia sleepers. The bedroom is nearest to the street. Train/Misc Street noise is very audible. Earplugs are kindly made available at bedside by airbnb hosts. Overall appreciated the kind details made available for the guests and the care of this home.

We had a great time at the airbnb. The house is beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable. The location is great - easy drive from NYC to get out into nature and take a break from the city. Robin was a fantastic host - very communicative and responsive, provided plenty of guidance on what to do in the area. Hope to be able to come again soon.

The house is very modern, clean and organized. Nice stay, but too bad the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the outdoor space.

We had a wonderful Hudson Valley stay at this property. Our grand-daughters loved sleeping together in the bedroom with two double beds; and my wife and I, plus our two daughters and their husbands enjoyed good nights of sleep in the three bedrooms containing a double or queen bed. The kitchen was well equipped; and the huge living room with large dining table was perfect for the children to play, the adults to relax, and all of us to eat. The artwork in the house gave it character, the views of the Hudson River were a treat, and the location was great for visits to Storm King Art Center and Legoland NY. The email which I brought along from AirBnB had the correct street, but the wrong numerical address; however, AirBnB promptly helped us find the correct address and helped us get into the house. Of all the houses which we have rented for family weekends, this was absolute the best one.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was perfect for our group! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house has a stunning view of the lake and the kids loved the swing set in the yard. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was peaceful and picturesque — waking up to the lake view each morning was a treat. We would absolutely recommend this place to families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway in nature. Would love to come back again!

Shira is a kind and gracious host. She was quick to respond and very helpful. Her house is spacious and great for large gatherings of friends. I had 17 people stay at the house we each had a bed and plenty of space to hang out. Lots of space outside for lawn games and grilling.
