Haus Prerow - Apartment with charm

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes, you can be with the public transport at Alexanderplatz. Offeni's and shopping centers are within walking distance. It's set in a quiet home settlement in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a studio apartment with bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and, if necessary, a crib. Free parking is available.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Here you will find a mini apartment (18 square meters) with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Bed, kitchen and shower are open-plan and ensure that you do not feel confined, despite the few square meters. The toilet has its own door. Located on the 5th floor of a renovated old building in the popular Winsstraße, private entrance and rear view into the countryside (no elevator). We also live in the house and will be happy to help you with any questions or tips.

Sexy Central Flat with View, Home Working Perfect!

This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment! I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! We have renovated our unique loft in recent years with great attention to detail. We have taken great care to preserve the original factory style and reinterpret it in a cosy way. Nearby are shops, bars, the beautiful Orankesee lake with its beer garden and restaurant, as well as parks for walking or strolling. The nearest railway station can be reached in two to three minutes and you can explore Berlin from here.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
