A beautiful place in stunning nature. Perfect for people who love nature and tranquility. Narrow paths, but quite easy to reach by car. Walking to S. Stefano about 4km is no problem - some fitness required. Lovingly designed accommodation, absolutely clean. Everything you need is there. Upon our arrival, there was even a bouquet of flowers on the terrace table! We experienced absolutely relaxing and unforgettable days and could well imagine coming back again.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for tranquility and relaxation and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device from us.

my partner and I stayed 3 nights and we wish we stayed longer! The place was very clean and our hosts were very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and their lovely pets in the morning. The countryside around the house is also stunning. I highly recommend if you looking for something serene and cozy. you're 10mins away from a town to do groceries and pick up local amazing fried fish.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Donatella was a great host and answered and helped with all our questions. Her place is a slice of heaven with the most beautiful view of the sea, the most wonderful air filled with aromas of pines and herbs, and stunning sunsets. We loved to walk down to the beach and to explore the area. I can highly recommend Donatella's house and would love to come back. Great plus was that they installed WIFI just before our arrival.

Riccardo is a lovely host with a wonderful location. It was everything we could have hoped for. We could not have asked for a better stay.

We felt very comfortable. After minor problems on arrival, Paolo's tip to drive up the side street to the public garbage containers was very helpful. Google Maps first led us out into the open field. Overall, the accommodation is a great starting point for various excursions.

We had an amazing week long stay!! Sabrina is a fantastic host! The apartment was SO clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was very yummy and fresh! We did the dinner one night and it was so amazing! Location is great too. Easy drive to many close by towns, grocery stores, and restaurants. The property is beautiful with lots of flowers. A little too cold for the pool during our stay but our kids loved the swing set and teeter totter. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Very convenient apartment, and well located, very well equipped. Alessandro is very helpful and friendly, he even offered us coffee in his favorite restaurant.

Great place to stay. The drive on the main road was great we had to have him meet us and direct us there. I would suggest parking at the top and making the walk down! Angelo was a great host and showed us everywhere on the island!

Maria Luisa is an exceptional host. Every detail has been taken care of in an excellent way. We had a really good time. The bicycles were the highlight of the holiday. They allowed us to experience Porto Santo Stefano in its entirety. We hope to be back soon.

The house is in a great location, very quiet but also very close to the center of Porto Santo Stefano, impeccable cleanliness. Fabiana and her husband Mauro were perfect, responsive in responding to our requests without ever making us miss anything (with a very kind and caring attitude). I want to emphasize the commitment they put in to make us feel at home and accommodate any type of request, certainly super recommended for anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Porto Santo Stefano

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

Tommaso was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, particularly with sorting out parking. The apartment was tidy and spacious with good air conditioning for the August heat Easy walking distance to main town

Fantastic stay! The house is ideal for two people, small but well-stocked with everything you could need on vacation. Wonderful outdoor space, which was vital for us having our dog behind us. Stefano is very kind and attentive, ready to give advice on what to do, what to see and where to eat in a truly wonderful place like the Argentario. We'll definitely be back!

This house with the surrounding garden, embedded in a dreamlike landscape, is an absolute paradise. The garden is huge, beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The view is breathtaking and we have taken daily hiking trips and bike tours directly from the house. The peace and quiet is incredible, you can usually only hear birds and when it gets dark, the nightingale. The house itself also leaves nothing to be desired. Extremely clean, including in the cupboards and drawers. Everything you need is there, but (despite very tasteful decoration) not overcrowded. Just right and everything is very high quality. Super comfortable bed & sofa and beautiful bathroom. Veronica is an outstanding host and her mother (who welcomed us) is very sympathetic. We received gifts directly from the garden and Veronica is responsive and extremely courteous in communication. You can tell from the beginning to the end how much love is in this house.
