Il Poderone is a typical 19th-century Umbrian farmhouse built in local lake stone, renovated in keeping with the original spirit by the owner, Giuseppina, who lives in one of the apartments. Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Poggio Bestiale Vacation Home

Our small property is located in the heart of the Maremma, 10 km from the beautiful sea of Argentario and 15 km from the picturesque Maremma Natural Park. We are located 45 km from the famous Saturnia thermal baths. Just 12 km from Grosseto. Ours is a 100% pet-friendly property, offering a large garden for our guests and their four-legged friends. The rooms are air-conditioned. Private parking (outdoor) is below our property.

Poggio dell'orso.Traditional Casale. Amazing views

Fantastic, recently restyored, 150 years old Casale in Tuscany with amazing views. Two bed rooms, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a 85" smart TV, a corner with a desk and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside a stone table, a huge garden, a gazebo, a state of art warmed Jacuzzi (optional if available) a fantastic 6 x 12 infinity pool . All the property is fenced. Pet friendly.

Beautiful stone house completely and tastefully renovated, surrounded by nature, ideal for privacy, close to places of interest such as Grosseto, Terme di Saturnia, Alberese, Parco dell'Uccellina, Marina di Grosseto (in the cold periods there is a pellet stove that heats the rooms, the pellet is an additional cost to be requested, thank you) tourist tax to be paid directly on site

Central apartment, close to the beach

Newly built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UVC + Ozone lamps, I did it before Covid 19, now even more so.
