It was used by the guardians of the weir and lock. The most beautiful chateaux, villages, vineyards of the Loire Valley and the Beauval zoo are minutes away.

In the building, you will find the entrance-kitchen on the ground floor (including, among other things, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, Senseo coffee machine). On the first floor, a pleasant living room (large screen TV and sofa bed), then a master bedroom on the second floor, with toilet and shower area.

You will have at your disposal the necessary linens, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a TV equipped with a Chromecast and a barbecue. Mini bar and some extra treats just in case 😉

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This apartment located in the center of Amboise welcomes you on the ground floor of a historic monument, the birthplace of Louis Claude de St Martin. The vaulted, quiet room overlooks the small garden shared with the other apartments of the Maison du Philosophe and has a queen size bed. Free parking is available on Place Richelieu in front of the apartment.
