The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet & another 56" TV. There’s a 3/4 bathroom w/ tiled shower. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a king size memory foam mattress. The unit is about 2mi from campus and 1mi from downtown.

The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. The cottage is also available for 30+ day rentals. Message the host for pricing and availability. No smoking or vaping on the premise, no parties or events, no pets.

Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. You will be close to everything in this centrally located 2 bedroom home. Have kids: large dinosaur bone park is 1 block away. Feel like a walk or bike ride: hop on the paved bike path and ride downtown, to the minor league baseball game , or along the scenic River path. Costco, Albertson's Grocery Store, and Super Walmart are a 5 minute drive away. Airport is 10-15 minutes away. University is 10 minutes away. Outdoor recreation and local places to eat are available in all directions.

Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.
