Monthly Rentals in Orchard Park

Natalie has her place very well stocked with anything you could ever need in both the kitchen and bathroom. Very close to the Buffalo Bills stadium and surrounding restaurants. 2nd time staying at Natalie's place and loved the location. She was very responsive when we had any questions.

We stayed at Stephanie’s because we were going to a concert at Highmark Stadium. Stephanie was extremely flexible with check in. We were able to check in early, which was appreciated. It was a leisurely easy 30 minute walk to the stadium, which is what we were looking for. The place was clean and homey. While we didn’t take advantage of the full kitchen, it had everything you could need. It felt like an apartment, that is much more welcoming than a hotel. Stephanie was very responsive with any request. We would definitely stay again. Go BILLS!

Beautiful cottage in Orchard Park. The upstairs had original hardwood floors that were absolutely gorgeous. The downstairs had been updated and was squeaky clean. The kitchen was well stocked if you were wanting to cook. I stayed with a family member and both bedrooms were roomy and had comfortable beds. I highly recommend staying at the cottage. The only downside was the steep staircase. But it was well noted at the top and bottom, not a problem for us but could be if you have knee or back issues.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was exactly what was advertised, the pictures on AirBnb were EXACTLY what it looked like in person, and the beds were heavenly! The pastry shop below us was a lifesaver and the food was amazing! We woke up each morning to the smell of fresh baked pastries! What more could you ask for?!?! I’d give it ten stars if I could!! I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone visiting Orchard Park, NY!!!
